Yes, they could be talking about the announcement and/or release of MK Kollection. Or they could be relating it to how they will show new things/characters before the MK9 release in April (MKasts, Mortal Mondays) - maybe they will withhold showing the last character before the release so there is some mystery and surprise for when you first play it. Or they could be talking about hiding some secrets really good and deep into MK9 that will take years to find out.

Really I think they're talking about all 3. It is the Endless Tease, after all.

There's no way that this is just a joke. People placed preorders for this game already. It would be very unprofessional of warner to let this get so far if there wasn't any truth to any of this.

If it refers to the HD Kollection, my guess is that they'll wait until the last minute to officially annouce it.

Plus:
The newegg.com and overstock.com listings are STILL up.

I'll start losing faith if November 16th rolls around, and we still have NOTHING.

This whole thing keeps me sleepless you know! I am that excited that i ended up in the "36 Chambers" again, u know! ;)

Until i´ve seen the Twitter Msg. today...

It´s obvious..

Now.. new websites up, can´t register, timer ("Kombat Chat" "the most discussed Kharackter gets smth. reveald" is stated)..

timer ends + a new one starts + ends + again 4 hrs. on top... then

"BRUTAL THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT"

in the mean time the crew is all over the world showin off "The Demo" !!!!!!

NOW REMEMBER KOMBAT CHAT????

now, what are we waiting for ex. ???

TO DISCUSS OUR FAVOURITE FIGHTERS RIGHT!!!

but how? from the few pictures we´ve seen??? i dont like the fatality here, Kitanas AS* there... soooooo...

I think the only hope we have is that it will be on PSN, but its not looking so good, I still hope very much for this to happen, the Palace Gates "HD" background that was posted last night looks frickin' amazing and if the game IS real and looks any thing like that, us old school MK players are in for a real treat, and new fans can see what all the fuss was about during the early 90's in glorious, glorious HD!

Everyday that passes I have less faith in this game and my hype meter dies. Come Nov. 16 my hopes for MK HD will take a lethal blow and they will fade over the holiday season until they are nothing but a distant memory, and I will forget any mention of this fabled game.

...yeah. If that's real, I'm a fricken stinkape. All of objects could've easily been grabbed by some amateur and slapped together with Photoshop. It seems really disproportionate and there's no way they'd deviate from the original objects that much.

After playing UMK3 on MAME, there's no way I'll go back to playing on XBL. It's just too shitty.

Did you guys see Earth Worm Jim HD on Playstation Store? The original game was on Sega Mega Drive/Genesis. I think MK HD Kollection's graphic improvement will be similar to Jim's remake.

This is getting tiresome. I went to my local store today and the owner asked me if I'm getting the MK HD Collection :/

He still has a listing for the 16th, but he's not sure if it's even either.

lol, seriously? This is well beyond crazy. Out of curiosity, what store did you go to? Was it a big name store?

As far as I'm concerned, if nothing is said before Tuesday, I'm going to assume the game is not coming out, but will be ready to head to the nearest game store at a moment's notice.
