Yesterday we had the early reveal of the first images of Scorpion from Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe by Polish gaming magazine NEO+, we all wanted a better look after having the blurry image. Well today our prayers were answered, as Midway has sent us a high quality render of the same picture today for our readers. Be prepared for the highest resolution look at the game yet!

There are also been two recent interviews with Ed Boon, for those of you looking to gather more information on the upcoming game. One interview is with Crispy Gamer while the other is with GameTap . Midway sent along two new concept artwork pieces that communicates the art direction of the newest of Mortal Kombat games, Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe. First is a scene from a partially destroyed Metropolis, the city where the Superman comics are set. Second, hell is envisioned as islands surrounded by fiery lava, similar to Scorpion's scene in Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks.
