Who's beaten top 100 players?

i have fighted many times with nr1 who is leonlior... 2695wins and 165losses.
i have lost 2 times before when we had match... but today he won first round...second round i won...and third round i did flawless victory.
pure luck.
 
cannot say i have, but i remember when i was in 12th place the 1st day it came out :P now im 2,000-something lol
 
on Xbox about a month ago, went up against someone named SydneeLee (or a gamertag close to that spelling), who at the time in ranked was 1,443-60 o_O So I picked Reptile and he/she picked Cyber Sub. The WHOLE match, I was spammed with divekicks. So I just blocked and punished when I saw an opening and DESTROYED him. Pull off a fatality and he ragequits, so I check the leaderboards and my jaw hit the floor when he was 14th out of the top 100. I don't know what was worse, the fact he won so much, or the fact that he GOT all those wins by CSZ divekick spam. *shudders* Least I whupped his ass =)
 
i beat someone call chososhinobil easily, all though i i think he underestimated me as i had been playing all day with a friend on 2p tag who spams smoke teleport all day long
 
Many times, and I'm surprised by how terrible most of them are. There's a guy who's on the top 10 who I have destroyed multiple times. Guess he got his wins from people who have never played this game before.
 
im nr.1 on psn, actually nr2 but the nr 1 is cheater,lol
and i lost today 2 times against noobs, and they run after 1 fight.
BUT: i play just with one hand, because i eat pizza with my other hand..

I beat the number 1 ranked dude on xbox last week using reptile against his Johnny Cage. Fluke? Probably Haha.
 
I beat alexorcistas in ranked today. Ranked #1 I think. He wasn't very good, used Scorpion and held block down most of the match. Way too easy with Smoke.

mk9 is a ez game, in wich noobs have the tools to beat advanced players!
just mash specials, do random shit, random xray and thats it!

If your getting beat because someone is mashing special moves, you should try using the block button. The worst players never block, never use breakers, and loved to be baited into X-Ray moves. There is nothing more satisfying (in my mind) than finishing a game with teleport forward into X-Ray with Smoke. Noobs fall for it everytime.

I wouldn't say advanced players, but 'noobs' do have a lot of tools, and if I pick a char I'm not so good with, only to improve with them, only to get killed by some type of spam/scrub strategy if I break a combo, uppercut, if I get close, immediate uppercut, if I'm blocking after lol uppercut and try attacking, i magically get thrown. The damage all adds up, even when guarding. 12% combos/uppercut/throws/random skills that might hit you, vs. Learning char, with possible lag at blame. Every number adds up, and if you're not sure on 100% of what you're doing, you can get killed by someone flailing their controller around, mashing uppercut every time your close, etc,
But back on topic, I previously posted before, but since then I killed many people from the top 100 in ranked/player (both 1v1 and tag), but got beaten by a few. Some were good, most in tag are good (that I played).

I just played this dude no less than 2 minutes ago. Mirror match with Ermac.

I liked his anti-air timing of the TKP whenever I jumped in.

I've faced several top 100 ranked players.
However I only remember beating number 14 with Jade. Two straight rounds. The others...I can't remember if I won or lost.
 
I have beaten a few top 100 players on xbox live. I dont get on that much but when i did i had a pretty decent record.
 
haha lol I've beaten the exact same guy so many times XD. Lol chosonshinobi right? yeah he is a chat room dickhead on PSN....:p
 
Yeah I've seen a very good scorpion once and he beat me squarely twice with my best main which is reptile. he did some beastly combo's which amazed me so much that I started to like scorpion again, it's the spamming which makes a character boring imo :P. but that scorp[ion was so good the mk9 scorpion had the feel of the old school scorpion the kicks, the spear, the uppercuts... that was just jaw dropping:P.....
