Who is your ONE main character ?

20+% no offense but thats quite poor, you can do 36% with SZ meterless, and 53% with an xray.

But you are right if you start with a freeze then you cant do more than 20%+
 
Sub-Zero. Without a doubt.

I have a number of secondary characters such as Ermac, Kano, Noob, and Smoke, but Sub-Zero is my number one. Been my main since release day. =)

I'd definitely agree with this. Reptile has a strong zoning game and his rushdown is far superior to Noob. He can be a really tricky character to play as, but he can be even trickier to play against.
 
Sub-Zero. He's the one I can most consistently put on a good show with - that means, aside from winning alot with him (which I also do with Scorpion and Baraka), I don't make it look like I'm a spam-happy noob while doing it.
 
Whos Your main? and why did you main them?

Hello, My Main is mileena, And i picked her Because of her simple moves list and Simple combos to execute, Took me at least 3 weeks to learn her ( Thank god it was summertime when the game released) Now she is my Fav fem assassin in MK9 and look forward to using her in the Arcade Kollection :DDD

So Im just Curious how you found your main or favorite character(s)

My main used to be Mileena just because of who she was but then I noticed how good her moves were. Also I just loved her enhanced neck bite. Tasty...

But then.....

I started to main Stryker. Why? Cause no one expects a Stryker player. I started to use him and I wanted to give up hope. His start-ups are so slow and he doesn't have a lot of mix-ups. But then I toughed it out and I realized how good he is (Well for me. A lot consider him not too good). I love his roll toss because it's perfect against spammers except that damn Cyrax net. Also when you pull off a combo with him you just feel like a badass because most involve his gun shot that you have to land at precise times to keep the combo going. Nothing feels better than winning a match online with an underrated character.

I have the same mains since always, but this game I introduced Kabal and Kenshi to my mains list and removed Sektor, Kung Lao and Scorpion from that list.

my main is kitana. I've always liked her..but I fell in love with her in MKA. mained her in mkvdc and was ridiculously good with her. so I jus decided to do the same thing in mk9 and got the same results lol. I was using johnny at 1st, but during the ps3 outage, I practiced with kitana the whole time. all that time and practiced paid off

Yea I gave Kitana A try.. I did Pretty well with her really, I got the fan loop trick down and the insta fans But for some odd reason I came back to mileena idk why?

Sektor.


I decided me and Sektor would be butt-buddies before the game even came out.
It was great to see him make a return to greatness.
After being put on the back burner since MK3.


I also decided to use Reptile.

But he didn't work out :(


Also Baraka, Sheeva & Jax.
I love wrecking shop with the underdogs.

Because under the mask Kitana looks like Michael Jackson, Mileena doesn't, she looks... oh wait... nevermind... lol

Reptile has been my main since day one.

I decided I was going to main him before the game even released, mainly because I preordered from Amazon and was excited to use his Klassic costume at the time.

Night Wolf it my main because i love his play style and he looks like john redcorn =P . but really his combos all look ba and his role in the story is great fun. he has a bit of everything except lows

Sheeva is my main. I love watching online players quit after I beat them. It's a good feeling to know I'm doing just fine with perhaps THE MOST hated character in the game. She has beastly combos with massive damage. She may be a bit slow but there are other factors that make up for it. Plus I love her design (may be the only one)

Imo Her design is great! Its Just I rarely run into Sheeva And when i do i allways Reck them, But its cool to see people Use diffrent characters Best of luck to you and your sheeva ;)

Playing mostly with Shang Tsung.
Him and Quan Chi used to be pretty even on playing time for me but now it's only Shang Tsung.

I didn't like Shang Tsung much when I got the game but Tower Challenge #251 forced me to learn him well and I started to appreciate him and now he's my favorite. :)
