What are you listening to?

"PUSH THE BUTTON CONNECT THE GODAMN DOTS"

I thought that was a sample when I first listened to the album, but I'm pretty sure it's Al

well since you seem to be the only other ministry fan here(other than tittemcnuggets)

have you ever listened to the first album "With Sympathy"? It's pretty much a typical cheesy 80's electro pop album, and doesnt really sound like any of the others. But it's still the roots. Al said himself the album sucks and no one should listen to it, but I think thats a bit harsh. it's really rare and I dont have the urge to buy it, but you can still listen to it on youtube.

Yessir, I own With Sympathy and Twitch!

Yessir, I own With Sympathy and Twitch!

I own Twitch all the way to the last album they made

so many great albums they made were overlooked. Such as Filth Pig And Dark Side of the spoon. Filth Pig being my all time favorite album.

But this song really gets to me. It's just so eerie and sad. Something they didnt experiment with in alot of their songs. I love it. Might just be one of my all time favorite ministry songs, next to their Bob Dylan cover

Yeah this song brings me back to living at home with my parents and in the midst of high school! Great song, love it too! I remember when I actually bought DSOTS back in 99'!

As always my favorite Ministry song...

If you have never been drunk and tripping to this well...? I guess you never had the full experience! Oh plus it has to be October!

The way to succeed and the way to suck eggs!

But dude Ministry is dead, listen to this instead, tell me what you think.

never heard of it before, but it's pretty cool

I like it when songs with depressing sounding names sound upbeat, and when it's the other way around too. And I liked that trumpet sounding solo they threw in there. Dont really know what genere to call this, but I understand some people dont like it when others slap labels on music like that

DFD is no more either, I was lucky enough to have the bassiest buy me a limited edition cd, a tshirt and sign it for me. Here is the new band... let me know what you think, I think they these people are the greatest metal contributors in terms of sound, revolution, and progression. Listen to both of these songs Sky...

Johnny Rook, sorry I left yesterday while you were posting songs. I was Tired.

anyway, heres an album I think you should check out. you dont have to be familiar with this guy's other work to enjoy this. I just think this album is very atmospheric and unique and you should have a listen. One of my faves

Johnny Rook, sorry I left yesterday while you were posting songs. I was quadriplegic

Tit's ok, just remember the trumpet solo!

Why does this Devin Townsend name sound so familar? The music reminds me of Killing Joke. Old school. There were members of KJ in Ministry, also Revolting ****s.

Here ya go, enjoy where all your influences come from.

I've heard of Killing joke, never really got into them though. Song you posted kicks ass. Its just sometimes hard to get into bands that have been around for along time and have so many albums released. As the sound of a band changes alot depeending on their timeline.

same goes with KMFDM, they also seem like something I would really enjoy, I saw alot of their cd's used at half price books. Was going to buy a few, but really didnt know what I was getting into and if they were the right ones. As they too have a shit load of releases and have been around for along time. Sounds wierd that I am not a fan of these 2 bands, but baby steps, and I'm sure I'll like them eventually. After all. Killing joke is a major influence on alot of bands
