yeah I wouldnt doubt they probably will release UMK9 for Mortal Kombats 20th Anniversary next year in 2012 as well as an UMKAK or MKAK 2 which includes MK4 which was not released with MKAK

Whether is UMK9 or DLC. I just want all the missing stages, Brutalities, klassic costumes for all characters, new costumes for all characters, klassic fatalities for everyone, better online net-code, and Robo Smoke and Motaro.

I hope so I think they could make a really good UMK9 because They already have a good awesome game with MK9 all they need to do is add more stages, more characters that are still missing, content that couldnt be completed with MK9 like Brutalities, Friendships, and Animalities, more costumes, more classic fatalities and even an online tagteam king of the hill playable bosses including Motoro and it would be a perfect release for Mortal Kombat's 20th Anniversary

Additional story chapters, one or two new fatalities for everyone, 1 Player vs CPU, 4 new characters besides the DLC characters, Nekropolis statues for ALL characters, VS screen artwork for alt/klassic costumes, more opponent's on the ladder, more stage fatalities. And everything else I previously mentioned.
Nice to see that you agree about the artwork. That is one thing that really throws me off about this game. Even on the stage select screen. I can't imagine why it wouldn't show you the costume you are choosing before you commit to it. I understand that it's more work to be done, but feels a little empty or rushed without it.

If ed boon is seriously done with dlc or has more he should bundle all of the dlc into Ultimate mortal kombat 9 this proably wont happen cause but it we can dream
the way to purchase this is to turn in your copy of mk9 and get UMK9 For $20 or free or sumthin
UMK9 Should include all character vignette, 50+ Challenge tower missions including cameos from motaro, frost, meat, chameleon[secret secret boss battle] and taven [not really] . and once you beat these missions you can play as the bosses. tag team outros, more fatalities[Espically smoke nd LK-52O], more stages, Dark raiden cameo in challenge tower "Fight your future self", more alt's, play as cyber-smoke in a noncanon raiden flashback, LK Unit Pulse Blade moves, and Havik Playable or cameo in challenge tower

I think the events of MK4 can be stretched quite far enough and can be quite detailed as well. I personally would like the MK 10 to focus on the MK4 storyline only with Shinnok as the main villain.

It doesnt make any sense to release Brutalities Freindships, and Animalities for MK10 if they werent part of MK4-6 they were only part of MK1-Trilogy and it doesnt make sense for them to release MK4 Revision 3 when MK10 comes out if MK4 was released in the Arcades and it should have been included in the MKAK therefore they have to release an UMK9 and i hope we get MK4 Arcade perfect for the PSN and Xbox Live as DLC for MKAK

bro... i agree X's a million, but at the same time i'm extremely glad that mk4 was not on MKAK. that was the most epic failure i've seen them release since MKA. let's just hope they give back to fans and release mk4 as well as UMK9. i mean they really have no choice if they want to compete with mvc, sf x tekken, and other fighting games coming out next year.
UMK9 is a necessity at this point, i really don't want to see mk10 for awhile, just cuz mk9 needs to stick around for awhile. i also don't want to see anymore post-umk3 chars.

they can only do so much with the online, simple patches isn't gonna fix it completely. they had gamespy write the netcode, that's a recipe for disaster. if they release umk9, hopefully they just redo the netcode completely, i don't want a half-ass job.

I would if we are able to disable Hara Kiri for single player because in MK
I always got mad when the CPU did a Hara Kiri while I tried to input a fatality

Hell yeah I would buy it..I would hope they release it as a DLC on to your MK9 game unless they wanted to use a seperate disc that works fine with me too
