How can Ermac be the big bad???it just doesn't make any sense

Why doesn't it? He's one of the most powerful characters in the MK Universe, if he knows he's the former king of Edenia, he has a legitimate reason to go for the throne. He makes miles more sense then some other names that get thrown around.

The only things I wouldn't like about this is A it being spoilered and B Jax with no Kabal.

Real deal? She's just a bad Kitana clone... She doesn't have any unique abilities, everything about her is just old stuff from other characters.

I wouldn't mind it to be true, because the roster is awesome. Story sounds wack, but you already know it's not at the top of my list of priorities. The only thing that bothers me is Takeda 'replacing' Kenshi, if that implies moveset-stealing.

I'm really curious about how Ermac is looking. Though he stays the same for a long time (and I like the stripes on his head), but something tells me he is different this time.

I could see your point with Kabal over Jax, as Jax is just a terrible character, IMO, but otherwise I am fine with this direction for MKX.

Why would Boon make these super obvious Ermac hints if he was going to be the unplayable final boss? They have given us no story details at all so far so even hinting at who the final boss will be at this stage seems unlikely. I doubt they will reveal who the boss will be at all before release (at least I hope they won't). With that said, these hints at Ermac are so obvious now that I don't really think it will be him on the stream today. Takeda is definitely possible, or that guy with the bow, but even if it is Takeda I won't believe that supposed leak.

Personally, the main thing I wanted this game to avoid was falling into the trap of not growing characters, which the previous timeline was pretty guilty of. If this happens, Mileena becomes a major powerhouse, Ermac had a chance to become a major character, we get some new blood, and, if you wanna be technical, we weren't spoiled on who exactly stops Ermac. This series needs a new main hero. I would love if it's Cassie.

ok ill be pissed if Ermac looks the same as the concept art and I wont be able to use him WTF! thats the best design in mkx I dont need to see the rest of the roster. well I guess it makes sense cause Ermac looks Boss as H3LL!.

I knew it would be either one of the fighters with telekinesis, but I dont know how to feel about Takeda replacing Kenshi cause I like him.

I dont like that jax is in, I would prefer jacqui replacing him.
I do like shinnok as a boss.

It's Ermac today and someone wanted to mess with our heads. None of those tweets hint Takeda.

The idea of a boss is nice to make some changes, you know, oxygen on the story. But I would hate to have read the whole plot :laugh:

But I believe it's not.
