Recently, i was hanging out at a mall (In california) and thats when i saw Robin shou.I'm a big fan of his work, but i didn't want to bug him so i didn't talk to him. When i seen him in california, i thought he was fliming some scenes for the Mortal kombat movie...
but then i seen this!!!

personally, i really couldn't care less who's in it. I just want the damn thing to come out already! What's the hold up?!? JEez!

I don't care if it is another MK movie I am not going to be watching MK mythologies : Sub-Zero on the big screen

My sentiments exactly. Seems that this movie has been in the works for far too many years. I've been hearing about it since before MKDA was released. In the end, when it finally is released, it had better be good. Because the longer it takes, the bigger the letdown. I have absolutely no expectations from this 3rd MK movie. That way, I'm not disappointed if it is total shit.

Which it will be. ;-)

The first movie, even though it wasn't completely correct, was an ok film. Let's not talk about the second one.

THe big thing missing from these movies is gore! I mean jesus, it's Mortal Kombat, let's see some blood other than Shang Tsung's nose bleeding in the first one :|

And let's see, oh yeah the two biggest characters in Mortal Kombat, Sub-Zero and Scorpion have absolutely no valued parts in either film... :| All while Jax actually gets a semi-leading role in the second :|:|

I mean one of the characters they actually tried developing the first isn't even in the game. I'm surprised it even made it past Ed Boon and John Tobias.

And what was with that stupid dragon fight in the second film between Liu Kang and Shao Kahn... Ugh

I thought we weren't gonna talk about the second film? Let's keep it that way. Only things wrong with the first movie was the lack or gore and a few minor story elements. They didn't develop of the Scorpion/Sub-Zero relationship, Shang Tsung was young (and died), and Liu is supposed to kill (supposedly) Goro.

I was quite fine that the movies were light on the gore. In fact the gore is the aspect I like least of Mortal Kombat.

But about the third movie, I never actually believed it was going to come out. I thought it was all rumors and such, so I was never really waiting for anything. I could be very wrong and in that case I may be lucky as I never had hopes of this movie in the first place, because I didn't believe it existed. But if what they say is true and a movie comes out, i'll see the movie. I can't make judgements of it now, as it hasn't come out to theaters, but honestly i'm not sure if it ever will. If the info on that page that states Robin Shou saying that the character Lui Kang wont be in the movie therefore he can't/wont be in the movie and its a movie that revolves around Sub-Zero; I'm going to have to say that I am a bit turned off about that idea, but I won't be so quick to say that its a bad idea, as I would have to see how it is pulled off.

The only thing I care about is Christopher Lambert as Rayden. Otherwise, I couldn't care less who the other actors were. Though I would love to see Linden Ashby back <3

Yeah umm why would they make the movie about subzero, even if he is my favorite character I find it dumb to do that. But come on its MK sure ill watch it, just hope its not as bad as part 2.
