When we're on putting in something just to piss other people off... let's put in more returning MK9 characters, especially those who died! Just because it's funny to make other people feel unhappy about the game.
 
I thought it was hilarious when he popped up. I had no idea it was freaking people out until I went onto the forums.

I don't really care if he returns. I'd rather have the MKDA/Deception style krypt come back. While MK9 had more visual differences, I preferred the atmosphere of Deadly Alliance & Deceptions.

It has nothing to do with dead characters. You're being immature.

Oh, you can have an opinion, of course. However, you didn't say you found the jump scares funny. You said you found it funny that OTHERS didn't like it so much, they wouldn't even go into the Krypt, and that's the reason you wanted it back.

THAT'S childish. To want something, because others don't. That was the point I was trying to get across, but apparently you didn't pick up on it.

One of my closest friends avoided the krypt entirely because of the jump scare. I just think it's funny. I joked around with him all the time about it, and even unlocked all the shit for him.

I want it in because I liked it. Not because others didn't.
You're the one being childish, going completely off topic to try and attack me personally because you don't like my opinions.
 
I agree with the sentiment that while I like the kyrpt, and hope it returns, most of the unlockables were useless garbage.
Ill take quality over quantity.

I can see where the confusion may have came from, but that was no reason to try and attack me like that. If you want to talk about dead characters, PM me. It's a tired argument and nobody want's to read it in the threads anymore.

Back on topic. The stuff you unlocked in MK9's krypt was just terrible. I think they spent too much time on the krypt itself, rather then the contents. Id rather they go back to the original koffin style. The torture stuff was kinda lame IMO.

And go back to the multiple colored koins. That made it way harder to unlock everything.
 
If the screamers offended you so much, why didnt you just mute the TV when you were in the Krypt? Also you could tell one was going to pop up because you lost movement control for a few seconds before it happened

If I'm correct Ed never officially confirmed the Krypt perse but i believe it was mentioned that their would be something similar to the Krypt.

I enjoyed the idea of the krypt but i wish it was more useful!
yeah you can get alternate attire in it but I think it would be better if there was alot more useful items that you to use on the character. For example For Kano: You could have different Face plates for him to switch out or different types of knives for him to throw/use.

And of course other stuff like behind the scenes, Bio's, interviews, concept art, etc...

THIS! I'm 90% sure this was said a few months back.

Also about the screamers.... yea it's a jump scare people, get over it.
Do we have to tone down the atmosphere of the game to suit the needs of of people who might still wet the bed?
This isn't a children's game or the teletubbies, it's MK and it's meant to have scary/ominous feel to it.

I don't care either way if the include screamers.
However I do think it would be nice if we would get an achievement/a bunch of coins when it shows up.... there would be less complaining about it if that were the case I'm sure.
 
The krypt from DA was by far my favorite. Just the amount to unlock, atmosphere and fun/stupid content they put it. You never knew what to were going to get....memories. Visual wise the last one had a great krypt but like what most people said, the content was lacking. I actually never had a screamer pop out at me but I love fun random stuff like that. Hopefully the krypt will make another return with some cool content to enjoy.
