I love the revised roster. Definitely makes more sense than the real one. Didn't read your story, though. I still don't know everything about the real story and want to ensure nothing gets spoiled.
Or he just wants the best possible story to be made, and he feels like NRS didn't do that. That's not called entitlement it's just looking at would be best for Mortal kombat.
Anyone who thinks the final cut is "good enough" has very low standards. lol

And what makes you guys the arbiter on such things? Your sense of entitlement?

I dont like how they still have Ermac and Reptile as jobbers still. Then added Erron and FerraTorr as more Jobbers. If they're gonna be in the game, give them at least 1 memorable action.

Allow me to correct myself... If you think the story NRS is pumping out is "good enough" you're a damn fool. Is that better?
There's nothing wrong with expecting more. But we have absolutely no say in the matter. We get what we get from NRS, if you like it or not. Heck, they made me drop my pre order down after I found out how lame the final boss is. However, I figured there could not be writing worse than the "Sindel Massacre."
It wasn't because one or two favorites of one or two fans were casualties. It was because damn near ALL of the casualties were proven fan favorites on a broad scale. There was nothing bad about the Sindel massacre. It was ballsy and refreshing. People hated it because they didn't understand it or one of their favorites were a casualty to it. It's Mortal Kombat. Take out the death and what's the point? The backlash to the massacre now means we've got weaker writing. The character deaths in MKX are, for the most part, expected or weak. The writing is too safe.
But whatever. MK fans love their fast food.

They could have killed them off in a better way than being slaughtered by the lamest character in the game. -_-

Youre having Raiden's visions? You just quoted 90 percent of the reviews this game will get.Yes. NRS has a team of brilliant writers. Everything is perfect. Nothing is wrong. All is good. The End.
Sonya would have been killed by Revenant Jax during the Netherrealm War, acting as a catalyst for Cassie's hero status and allowing Johnny to become a mentor figure. His personality would be toned down somewhat as he transitions from someone who never takes anything seriously to a widower who values the lives of his friends and daughter, in whom he sees Sonya. She would be in a number of flashback cutscenes, but never actually appear as a fightable character. This would effectively retire her character from the series.
