Interesting change. Very unexpected. Not sure how I feel about it and I think I won't know until I see things pan out in MK11.

I said he sorta dies. He's definitely incapacitated and traditionally dead, but his elder god immortality will make sure he never truly dies.

Baraka dies in D'Vorah's chapter in a flashback, you fight him as her and then there's a QTE Fatality prompt after you beat him. It's optional though.
Sub kills Sektor off-screen along with all the Cyborg Lin Kuei.
D'Vorah kills Mileena at Kotal's command in her chapter, kiss of death.
Haven't seen Quan Chi's but apparently Scorpion and Sub-Zero get him.
And Shinnok's not really dead, but he's a bodyless head so he can't do much.


EDIT: Dang I was super slow.
 
I'm okay with Cassie being the main hero of MKX. Fans wanted a female lead hero and we finally got one after over 10 years of waiting. I was expecting Raiden, Cassie, Jacqui, Takeda and Kung Jin to beat the final boss together at once in a team attack. Not to mention we had Raiden kill Shao Kahn, we don't need him to beat every big bad of the game. I would hate it if Raiden becomes MK version of Superman where he has to save the day every time and always beat the main bad guy. Give other people a chance to win for once.
 
Mileena is one of my favorites, but I fully expected to see her go. At least she got an impactful death, unlike those who suffered Sindel's wrath. She's also damn amazing in MKX, in terms of personality, visuals and gameplay.
 
Oh god Rain's voice is so deep, IDK but it seems slightly out of character for him to have such a deep voice

Also, do you know of a youtube account that has cassie's full second fatality? I can't seem to find the full one, just a 15 second instagram video of the beginning of it.

i tell you what though it leads to some other fighters being on there side though or who not on there side like jade since she good freinds kitana or sindel wanting to be by her daughter side again

Kitana might target Edenia now that she's in power, since she has Jade and Sindel with her. She might try to find a way to separate Edenia and Outworld so that the Netherrealm can merge with Edenia. Tanya and Rain would be there to try to stop her. We might get an Edenian plot next game. :)

I just sent my friend the picture of Baraka dying. My favorite character killing her favorite character must be agonizing to see. She will want to do a Fatality on me so bad, but she'll never be able to because she either can't beat me or can't do the inputs. :laugh:

But I feel for her.

Seems pretty likely to have Tanya on the roster for the next game.
Would be epic if she was one of the people released at launch. One can dream, no?

i hope they do that i would to see edenia again as a stage and my gut feeling that either onaga retuns or we are getting new villen this time
