SPOILER ALERT:Mortal Kombat X DIGITAL COMIC DISCUSSION

Hanzo's pic in your signature says everything I don't need to.

Kung Jin DOES look Asian, as Liu Kakeda for that matter, but Scorpion is VERY European-looking. I saw absolutely no trace of Japanese traits in him, but I admit we barely saw Hanzo in the trailer, so I can always change my view on this.

Let me tell you this: you shouldn't see "traces" of Asian features - those features should be very damn obvious at this point with this technology and they really aren't. Kuai Liang could EASILY pass as European-American dude no-one would blink an eye about it.

The image of my signature is a good example of how Scorpion is looking european, for sure, I agree.

But this is what I'm thinking:

(I just remembered this japanese actor, Hiroyuki Sanada, from The Wolverine and found what I wanted as exemple)

I think that's what he is meant to look like. My picture looks like an european guy, for sure. But in front view, is not that bad.

About Sub-Zero, is the same. I really can see some chinese traces, but not all, and yes, he could pretend to be an european:

But without a doubt Kung Jin is the best. I wish they all looked like him (not exactly, because chinese and japanese people are different).

Seems like they have fear and americanize/europe-whateverthisexpressionsshouldbecalled them to the western taste, which is bullshit.

 I will even think about this shot of Hanzo on my sig and its changes

This one I like a lot. I hope he ends up being like this all the time.

I think the image from my sig (former in some minutes ) is a shot into ending motion.

But it was the easiest to get. This one is within motion and very quickly, so it's very hard to get.

I screenshot it yesterday, but deleted by accident. Fortunately, p.W posted it today, and I remembered!

Here he looks way more japanese.

I think Scorpion looks fine.

Sub-Zero looks american though, but it's ok as far as we know his old timeline origin is still accurate and his mother is american, and his father is a cryomancer (the latter doesn't change) and cryomancers don't have to look asian because they are basically aliens.

PS: I know about the MK9 vignette thing, and yes it's probably canon but I still take it with a grain of salt, since they are just images, they never say both of his parents are chinese.

I always said Hiroyuki Sanada should be Shang Tsung in a future MK film.

Dude's a badass and he plays a samurai in every american movie that has samurais LMAO.

From the top of my head I remember The Last Samurai, 47 Ronin and The Wolverine, he was a samurai in all 3.

He also appeared in the tv series Lost, Helix and Revenge.

Fun fact, in Revenge he was a martial artist called Takeda and he was replaced in the second season by the actor that played Shang Tsung in the MK film.

Yes, I have an excellent memory.

Has anyone talked about Chapter 9 yet?

I got the spoiler and I want to talk about it BADLY, Like VERY BADLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So Bi Han is not coming back?

I wonder the same, to many people and post all over Web say he is but I also see others saying both subs are back. I have yet to hear a solid answer or proof on kaui langs return. Of course their is always that E3 video where he freezes himself and he looks like he has Khans armor on. That's where the Kaui rumor as for as I know started, cause of his cyber ending in mk9.(Ermac makes this theory obsolete)
