Oh yeah guys, just as a disclaimer, if for some reason that the next round isn't started at least 3 days after I started the current one, go ahead and start it without me. Highly unlikely that's gonna happen but I just wanted to let y'all know in case life gets in the way and I keep you guys waiting.

Unfortunately, the badass Shokan Prince gets a NO from me, and I say this with a heavy heart. I think there should be room for different sub-bosses, like Moloch. Also, I wouldn't want him in as a playable character due to the fact that since he won't be a boss, his power will be reduced and that IMO is a huge disservice to this badass.

DISCLAIMER: PLEASE do not make this topic into a discussion about whether bosses should be playable in this game, there are 80 other threads for that.

I don't want Goro in MKX.

Why?

a) Let Ferra/Torr shine. I don't want characters that are too similar to each other in the game. I want more uniqueness. Bringing in Goro and having him fight Ferra/Torr... For me it would just be... weird.

b) Let Goro rest. He's in a similar situation like Shao Kahn - always everywhere. I don't think there is a need for him to be in MKX. He was in MK9 and that's good enough.

c) You have other Goro-type characters in MK that could be included instead: Kintaro, Motaro, Sheeva. If you must have this character type in MKX, why not them? They may not be as popular, but they're still pretty good. Plus they won't ever become enough popular if you don't give them a chance.

Honestly though, if I think about it, I don't want any Shokans in MKX. At all. I think they're cool and all, but no. If you had to put Ferra/Torr in the game, which I personally think is a waste of space, focus solely on him and don't bring in more giant freaks that might ruin it.
 
Goro gets a YES from me.
I'd love to see how they can improve him in MK X.
If they could animate hind legs, I'd also vote YES for Motaro when he comes up.
 
NO for Goro.Goro,Kintaro and Motaro were really special in the first games,but became boring in the later sequels.I prefer the sub bosses to be surprising characters.
 
YES for Goro! There can be multiple brutish characters in MKX, plus I would like to see Goro lead the armies of outworld when the netherealm attacks them
