I say to wait and see what the the roster going to be you could be right but let wait and see

Playable Sonya would surprise me even less, because Cassie seems not to play like her.
She doesn't have Sonya's Kiss, Leg Grab, Upward Bicycle, Square Wave Punch or Ring Blast, and Cassie's "Spec Ops" variation seems to play more like Stryker with a baton, guns and homing missiles.

Good point. I haven't been following Cassie's moves closely enough to spot that! That still doesn't guarantee Sonya; they could, theoretically, just be doing a good job designing a new character by not having them overlap with one who's likely to come back in some installment. But it certainly feels like she'll be back.

Agreed.
I don't think any of the characters are guaranteed to come back, even for some of the ones who lived.
I mean, I don't see Sheeva coming back (sorry Sheeva fans). :laugh:
I just think that Sonya has a decent chance.

Except that she kind of does. She has a upward shadow kick that is essentially the same move as the upward bicycle. Additionally she has the shadow arc kick to follow it up. The point isn't to replicate both cage and blade exactly, its to produce a character that is a byproduct of the combined abilities.

At this point Im sure Cage and Sonya will be in. Id be surprised if they aren't really. But I really don't agree that just because she doesn't have Sonya's exact moves that it is a case for Sonya's inclusion.

Few problems with this, the main roster is 24 characters, highlighted by the fact they just added a 25th slot for Goro and DLC. Injustice started with 24 characters and got 6 as DLC to make 30, Boon was video'd saying around 30, so that's how it'll pan out I bet.

We also know this game will have the most amount of new characters. Whether that means the day the game drops or through DLC is yet to be seen, but it needs to be at least 13 more new characters which is another 9.

Fixed for my opinion.

Yeah, i know. But it ain't the end of the world for me, i'm ok with it. I ain't starting some drama and keep repeating on every post that this game is going to suck cause some characters i don't like are returning.
 
I find the more we scream Johnny, Mileena, etc. the longer we will have to wait for them. This way they keep the hype up and the large group of people streaming. All you have to do is go on twitter when Ed ask whos next?, its always the same 4 or 5 names that show up. I just want Mileena and hope she keeps her fast pace, since jade most likely will not be showing up.
