All he said was "Let it go~" which was a reference to Frozen as Elsa and Frost both have Ice Powers.
Why you didn't catch that reference between the characters is beyond me.

Kittelsen's word is superceded by 22 YEARS of Smoke being the ninja in Grey/White...which is 22 years before Kittelsen ever did a single thing associated with MK.

That would mean the comics are sub-canon as a whole. Which I doubt, as they are supposed to tell the pre-story to the game itself.

But it isn't. Because Kittelsen is the one who wrote into the script in the first place that that guy is behind Kotal. He would know better than anyone which character that is intended to be because he is the one who put him there, never mind that it's also been said the character's costume isn't actually gray and it only looks that way because of lighting.

The MMA girls are actually Cassie and frost. Unless you are talking about the black girl with jax idk who she is.Hey, i've just read the 3rd episode of the MKX comic book, and here are the characters that appear and could be confirmed soon for the game :

and the Sky's temple background ! (one of my favorite in MK)
Page 19 also appear a mysterious white ninja along Kotal Khan and a boxing/MMA young girl... new characters ?
PS : the "faceless" version of Forrest Fox reminds me Havik !
A lot of people think that ninja with kotal is reptile.
Hoping frost is killed in the comic and we get everyone else unless that's not frost.

Well, I'm going to kontinue to question the whole Reptile thing until his komic artists learn how to use the right damn crayons the first time and every time! I expect characters to be visibly recognizable as such. Does a white/grey colored ninja look visibly recognizable as Reptile to anyone here? HELL NO! I only recognize MK ninjas by costume color, and have done so for 23 years.

Frost is not coming back. Even Ed said via twitter she's not coming back, lol.

Well, he never said she's not coming back, but on twitter people asked if she would be in MKX he said a flat out No,
Then people recently showed him art with frost in it when he was speaking about characters possibly in MKX and he said 'Let it go' mockingly. (Frozen)
Thought that was pretty self explanatory lol.

Frost should just disappear from existence, really. I'm ashamed Frost and Hsu Hao wormed their way into the comics.
