people should play with a character they like. who cares if people think other characters are better. do u think i like kitana because she's "high tier"? hell no, i like her because she stands out & has unique weapons that no other fighter has, & she's a princess. so if people want 2 play with Sonya, let them. if people want 2 play with Smoke, let them. if people want 2 play with Sheeva, just LET THEM...

I'm 100% with you. I've LOVED Stryker since MK3 and I'm TERRIBLE with him in this game but I'm not gonna ditch him and try to learn someone like Kung Lao because most people say he is amazing

I dont even bother in playing him, he's lame and he's far to be a Top tier, how can a dash cancel move him from the lowest tier to the top tier? It doesnt make sense.

This tier list is the worst and least accurate I've seen so far. Jax can never be in front of SZ, Kung Lao, Shang Tsung, CSZ or Kenshi.

Remember tier lists are for tourneys only, so If you just play online for fun tier lists are basically useless(and that is a lot of people their useless for). Thats why when people complain about where their character is ranked I just facepalm because they dont realize this is just for tourneys and even then it is speculation. Play with whoever you want, simple

Then tiers AREN'T for you.
They are for tourney players and aspiring tourney players.


I've never seen a person on a diet walk into a bakery and yell at the baker for making all those cakes.
Why?
Because they knew the cakes weren't solely for them.



Its cool that you are casual, its cool that you don't like tiers.
But don't call them useless, just because you have no need for them.

tournament players should play as someone they like & feel comfortable with. if everyone uses the same character then they are going 2 know their opponents next move.

So you don't bother playing him but he is 'lame'?

I mean, I don't like Jax myself, but it's rather hard to say someone is lame without actually trying to learn them.

I only played the ladder for his ending, and that 10 matches were enough for me to know that he's lame.

To each his own but that is rather ignorant....any character can suck if you do not take the time to learn his moves. I have always disliked Jax in general but I took the time to practice with him and he really isn't bad at all (unless you don't practice with him).
