Ok no problem i'll explain. As you know Netflix hardly updates there movies or tv shows. It really lacking and the movies they put out a lot are horrible. They don't have a really great selection.

Now why do I say Hulu Plus is better? I have had experienced with both and Hulu Plus is the superior one out of the two. Some people say Netflix has better movies but honestly they don't. They put out movies no one really likes. I saw a bunch of movies on there and they were really horrible.

Hulu Plus updates their stuff weekly if not daily while Netflix updates every few months or really never. Sure they don't have as much movies as Netflix but still have quite a lot. Now the only downside I would say to Hulu Plus are ads. They aren't on Movies though so that good.
 
If your into anime my friend described it as.

Crunchy Roll = Hulu = All new stuff


Funimation = Netflix = all old established stuff.

Hulu is indeed great for shows and catching up.

Netflix has a poor selection of movies. It a shame a lot iconic movies I used to watch aren't even on there.
