Ah then that would mean you have created a thread to talk about morons like this (saying that this kind of trash has a mental problem is an insult to people who actually have it), because in no way, this guy is passionate, excited, or he is even a fan. He is a simple minded scum. These kind of people are the dark side of MK fan base.
Hell, they are the dark side of pretty much every other fan base. Like football for example. We get riots, fighting and hell sometimes people even die, because of that. People like that are not fans. They are the scum of the earth.
Don't you even dare for one second, put them together with people who truly are passionate about their favorite characters, games or whatever subject it is. There is a difference between a guy who destroys/makes threats like that and a person who creates/supports his favorite subject in any way he can(no matter the form).
I can understand lover_of_tacos decision to quit Twitter. Even if it is just personal attacks, they sometimes get annoying, but then it touches someone other than you... it goes over the limit. Even so they are still pretty much empty. Like for example:
I myself never had twitter attacks like that (cause I am pretty much just some guy from somewhere), but had tons of emails while doing art requests. Got called enemy of women, gay, zoophile, necrophile and got some brutal death threats or requests for me to kill myself by hanging or jumping in front of truck (reason being, that I usually depict females differently in my works). But there was one guy who got "offended" it seems...? that I refused to take his art request which had pornography/erotic elements. So he found my facebook. Found my sister's and mother's facebook pages and started sending me pictures of them (taken from facebook) that he will find them and rape them.
In 20 minutes found where he lives and sent him his address (no hacking required), disappeared immediately. Moral of the story is: guys who make threats like this, are usually some lonely retards who need to "boost" their self esteem". They only have power behind their monitors. Expose them and they sh%t bricks.
Guys like these a cancer/parasites and they do not deserve to be put together in group with people who actually spend time/effort for their passion instead of making empty f%cking threats just to make themselves look cool... I guess???
If someone even tried to do that to me or my family, I'd make sure they never had the chance, because they'd be on their way to either the emergency room, jail, or the morgue. My property is armed for a VERY good reason, and it ain't to shoot Bambi and his mama. Where I live, we shoot trespassers first and ask questions later.
Could you tell me at least the region where you live, so I would avoid accidentally bending a freaking grass leaf in your yard, which would trigger, in you opening fire upon me?
I'd like to know when people became so selfish lately. I don't recall them being this horrible a few years ago. What changed?
