Why does the patch size matter so much for PS3 users? I always hear about them wanting to know how big something is.

Matters for both consoles.
360 harddrive space isn't unlimited

It's just that every time I see someone asking, they play on PS3. I thought there might have been a reason why.

Did anyone else find it strange that even thought the MOS Zod skin was a compatibility skin,you had to go to the PSN Store to download it? I found it weird cause every compatibility skin before it was installed as soon as you finished installing the patch

It wasn't a compatibility skin, it was just a free one. Since there wasn't another DLC character.
