Not all uniforms consist of a sailor-style collar.

Some uniforms have blazers instead, like pictured above. Perhaps she could have worn slacks instead of a pleated skirt. To give Capcom some credit, they did try give her outfit some personal touches.
 
It looks like Karin lost her command throw. Her Yasha Gaeshi is now a V-reversal instead special that can be used at any time.

Two of Necalli's special moves are now charge moves....It makes me wonder if Vega and Nash would revert back to being charge characters.

I dont think thats a school uniform I think they were just going for that Victorian era style or lili style idk really know what I do know is (well more like 99.9% sure) that her current outfit is not a school uniform.

I take it you didn't read my previous post....

You are assuming that all school uniforms are of the sailor fuku variety, which is not necessarily true. The blouse can have the triangular collars that we still in Western dress shirts and worn with a variety of neckties. Sweaters and blazers can be worn over the blouse.

Once you look past the emblishments like frilly necktie and cuffs, Karin is wearing different kind of school uniform, with a blazer instead of a blouse with a sailor-style collar on top.

I am getting excited. So far it matches the leaked roster list. That list also had Juri in it. I am so hoping she will be in. I hope they will change her hairstyle.

I did read it. I never said the sailor style was the only school uniform style either. All I said was that I dont think Karin in Sf5 is wearing a school uniform. of course it looks like her Sfa uniform but thats just for design purposes they are not going to drastically change Karins design. I just think that its a fancy dress similar to Lili in Tekken

Her outfit could just as well be fashionable clothes without being schoolgirl clothes.
I guess it depends on if Karin is STILL a schoolgirl, like Sakura was in SSF4! XD
 
Obvious creative liberties aside, what Karin is wearing is not far off from a school uniform. Are you going to deny that schoolgirls don't wear blazers or this all Capcom can come up with? Come on!

No... hell i dont even care if school girls wear blazers Im just saying that capcom probably wanted to stick with a look that everyone is familiar with which is why her current outfit looks like her school outfit. I mean who know maybe it is a school outfit Idk im just saying i think that its probably not.

Yet, you don't have anything to back your claims with. Tell me, why is not a school uniform? After all, you are 99.9% sure that it isn't.
 
It's strange that her rekkas require V-Trigger activation, I guess Capcom wanted to do something more interesting than some kind of buff. Hopefully the mix-up potential will be worth it.

MF I just told you I dont really know jeezzz Im not claiming anything Im just guessing. the fact that I said im 99.9% sure is because to me.... let me say that again TO ME Karins current outfit looks more like a causal dress (well as causal as you can get for the rich tsundere stereotype) then a school outfit to me... let me repeat TO ME..... So again just in case you are confused with what I said. Im not saying her outfit is not a school uniform Im just saying what I think it looks like and just guessing that its not a school uniform.

Nice backpedaling. First you are telling me you're 99.9% sure it's a not school uniform, and now you are saying you're guessing?
 
I'm trying to get more hyped into this game since this will be my first ever owned Street Fighter game.

I got two already in, would like Juri to be in this but something tells me she might not make the cut. Who's like the next most hyped character people want as a returnee despite that there's still I think two more new characters to go?
 
The 2 classic characters are Alex, Urien and the 2 new characters are some dude from Brazil and a new female character. (My guess)
