Nah, they'd never do it as a primary. Sagat's scar is important to his character
 
Sagat wasn't one of the characters shown to be in the first season of DLC though.
Maybe there will be a small snippet of him in Story Mode, so we know why he isn't with Shadaloo anymore. But I'd be surprised if he suddenly turned out to be playable.
 
They seem to be ahead of schedule in terms of completion with these characters. Combine that with how much flak they got for the barebones launch and I wouldn't be completely surprised by it

For those that have the PS4 version, the Story Expansion (which about 8.1 GB) is available for preloading. Go to PSN--> Add-Ons--> New --> More (in case it's not on the previous page).

Again, it's for preload, so you still got to wait until July 1 before you can play it.

To be honest I am pretty excited for this update. Wasn't ever that excited for any of MKX updates/dlc. Really want to see what CAPCOM cooked up with Story mode.
 
I'm glad to see SFV finally being its money worth. Well... toss a few more characters in, and then it will be. ;)

Urien... rawr. Might have a new fave to put on my list. :3
