Perhaps DLC should be released at 11:45pm local time on Mondays. 15 minutes early worked for the Vince Lombardi-era Green Bay Packers. It can work in the gaming industry as well.

Nah it's still leagues above Capcom cause they don't drop stupid hints like songs or misleading joke posts. They're telling us straight up on what's going on and when it'll come out.

Besides even if they did release him in June he might have been buggy as fvck resulting in a patch.

I will prob. jump out of my window when Blanka gets teased in 2017 lol
 
You guys see the announcement that Ibuki and Balrog will be legal at Evo? What a total joke. Giving these players 2 weeks to learn brand new matchups smh. Especially with a character as shenanigan heavy as Buki
