Don't try to show yourself saints, guys. Here WAS a topic where someone unlocked (hacked) the klassic costumes which were on disc. Also, the MK9 gameplay here, on this forum WAS hotly discussed 2 days before the release. We all know, lots of us playing MK pirate.
As a real MK fan i ordered a licensed MK9 disc. And i'm ready to buy Scarlet and all DLC, just to get it by computer and not by PSN, that's it.

The legality of his system is not in question. However at this time i dont think you can. However i think it should be implemented that you can download said data from nrs put it on usb stick and use it. Most major Japanese companies do this all ready square taito etc.
 
Skarlett seems like the nastiest of all the girls. Like one of those freaky red heads thad tie you up to a bed, or do some crazy things even you might have think twice about. I think its very fitting for her to dress the most slutty.

Why do you think so? If i have legalized console it doesn't mean i've never seen pirate ones. And also, the fact that i ordered the legal MK9 disc doesn't mean that i never played a pirate one. Here, in Russia, everything arrives very slow =((.

And, sorry, but I'm not "he" :)))))) Thank you guys again. It's just released, so no one knows how to answer my question. Just... if you find any way in future, let me know, pls, OK?

You can try youtube but i suggest taking ur ps3 in to be fixed for a small fee than connecting online to get the dlc.

Oh, it's OK:) I'm honest, i really played pirate MK9 while waiting my order to arrive. From USA to Russia everything arrives in 3-5 weeks, how was i suppose to wait so long while others are already playing?) It took less, only about 2 weeks, but while that time my console was permanently blocked, that's why i dont have a PSN access anymore, even already having a disc. That was my girlish stupidity and my fault, and they were absolutely right doing so. But the fact is the fact:)

And, hehe)) It's not a first time. Somehow, even seeing my girl avatar and girl name, no one believes a girl is playing MK. I got accustomed;)
 
Can you face Skarlet in offline ladder mode as an opponent?

This is something I've been wondering about...unfortunately I can't find out myself because I'm from Europe and there's no Skarlet this week.

Indeed you can. The second time I went through the ladder after downloading her I came across her as my third opponent.

PS - my condolences on the shenanigans you guys in Europe are having to put up with. It's asinine. ='(

YOu can also go into practice mode, make her the opponent, then change the AI to expert. I have to check later today if this works, but it should.

Yes. I've already faced her a couple times, in just a half dozen or so runs thru. She's just like every other character in the game. Once you have access to her, she's in the pool of possible opponents. I haven't tried random character select yet, but I can't imagine that wouldn't pick her ever. Hmmmm..... I should try that sometime. :)

She was my fourth opponent when I played Ladder right after I downloaded her. That should answer your question.

Thoughts on Skarlet?

I just downloaded Skarlet and my attitude is so-so, I feel she has so much more potential but at the same time I am excited to have a new character, what are your thoughts on her, her fatalities and xray? Even her overall character design? I'm new here so i hope this topic is suited to this section of the forum :) peace

X-Ray- OUCH

Fatality 1- Sick and awesome

Fatality 2- It's alright. Nothing special

Overall she is more fun to play as than good to me. She isn't my type of character but I'm trying to learn her.
