2 reveals for a stream is unprecedented and you'd think they'd hype that up. Plus, that would leave us with genuine confusion regarding the locked character.

Liu Kang, Jacqui, Erron is my bet. Sonya has been confirmed as a no-show. Goro would be hyped up in advance.

Ed gave a huge hint that Shinnok would be shown on Friday. It was extremely obvious. 2 of the other hints have come true already (Shaolin, warm gun) so I think this one will, too. I don't believe that Ed would throw it out there with the other hints just to ultimately leave it hanging.
 
The last stream showed three characters too. I don't see how it would be a problem for them to show another three now (and, after all, the game's almost out).

Perhaps you missed the part where I said that to Lord Greyjoy, he claimed that 3 reveals were too much, so I stated that Liu Kang wouldn't count as a reveal because he was already revealed.

I mean I know there are 3 char breakdowns, but not all of them could be considered reveals.

And yes, I think the breakdowns are for Liu, Erron and Shinnok.

Jacqui seems like the best bet after Takeda and Kung Jin last stream.

Wouldn't it be funny if Erron Black, Jacqui, and Jax were revealed on African-American... er, I mean, Black Friday? ;)

We might see Shinnok tomorrow, but I'm really skeptical considering it would make the whole locked character situation a complete doozy.

But only Mileena was a reveal. We'd already seen gameplay footage of the other two. Erron Black and Shinnok would be a reveal for this stream, but not Liu Kang. So that would be 2 reveals, hence me saying that's unprecedented. Also they are really focusing this around Erron (BLACK Fri, audio teaser), but no mention of Shinnok (outside of Ed "trolling is my actual job" Boon's tweet)? Strange. Why be secretive if they're gonna show him? And, again, those are the only possible "unlockable" characters. Why show the secret character before release? What would be the point? (No, I don't believe there is a 26th character.)

It's possible that was a red herring by Boon.
 
Maybe shinnok not the unlockable fighter after all and the clues were fallen god=shinnok, happiness is warm gun=erron ,and shaolin = liu kang that three breakdowns

I just noticed that Ed Boon tweeted a boots update earlier today. ? under #2 and under Jax.

So either we really are getting Jax for "Black Friday," or #2 is Erron Black's other costume.
