The only type of anime I won't watch still are ecchi, harem, slice of life and magical girl anime (and hentai/yaoi/yuri/Genocyber-type anime obviously)
A year ago, all I cared about was old Toonami and Adult Swim anime :?
@Critical- Ehhh I wouldn't really consider Tenchi an ecchi (Ryoko and Tenchi's dad and granddad have some perverted moments here and there but what anime doesn't have those lol)
But yeah, I'll probably warm up to ecchi some time in the future considering I like high school anime of all animes now
I never thought of Golden Boy as a harem though lol
I mean yeah, 6 girls all fall for him throughout the anime, but still...
Ahh I never read the manga so I wouldn't knowmore than 6 in the manga lol.
But I know what you mean.
what you mean is in golden boy it's only 1 girl per episode.
In a typical harem anime, it's like 6 girls constantly going after one guy and competing for him. often in the same episode.
I'm just trollin ya, just a little.
It just has to be a good anime with interesting characters. genre can help eliminate certain type of atmospheric animes. like I hate super duper serious military anime. That's why I avoid mecha/robot.
but Ghost in the shell is super serious lol. and military like.
yet I like that anime.
I think that's why I can watch more anime than most people in here, because I'm extremely open to them. Even to mecha/robot although I need some convincing I don't naturally just click them.
Sweet. Anime in a nutshell. Tentacles and big boobs
Metal, I LIKE DAT AVATAR.
But not as much as you do.
I watched a few episodes of Soul Eater. It's better than what I expected, but I'm still cautious about it.
I read some of the Claymore manga. Nice art, but something about tells me I should not read further. I read Teppuu via scanslation (I'm considering physical copy, but I don't know where to look for a reasonable price), but the series seems to be put on indefinite hiatus.
Go watch Yu Yu Hakusho
I have watched it. but I have not 100% it yet.
