New Stream this Thursday - BRUTALITY!!

That's Ed Boon, Master of Trolls. Not gonna care about anything he has to say until it's safe to think otherwise.

You're not keeping a level head, mate. Tacos confirmed we're getting at least two characters revealed this month, Tyler said we're getting lots of characters soon, and Ed Boon said "tomorrow." Trolling's got nothing to do with it, something's in the pipeline for sure.

possibly but i truly believe the brutality system depends on the EX special moves the character have.

True, but does it depend on EX Universal special moves or special moves in general?
Also, some of them like Kung Lao, Raiden and Quan Chi's seemed to be done off of throws and not special moves.

Re: BRUTAL Let Down

They aren't Brutalities. At least not the Brutalities we knew from MKT.
They are more like Fatality Light. They're kinda cool, but they aren't Brutalities.

I lagged out for a few mins. They never did a stage breakdown did they? Brutalities were pretty cool, and Cassies dialoge is amazing. Best part of the stream was the very end when they promised many character reveals very soon. Ahhhhh excited!!

There was no breakdown because there was no new stage in the demo they were showing. Just a new stage in the brutality montage. Really suck that they didnt add that stage or at least the others.

Re: Brutalies announced! (Trailer)

I definitely like! I like how it connects to their special moves. So many ways to destroy your beaten opponent!

Re: BRUTAL Let Down

Over 100, and i'm able to do them at the end of a combo to finish them off? I approve.

Agreed! Imagine ending a long ass combo with one. Considering what Brutalities have been in the past, this is my favorite incarnation of them. Just comboing somebody until they explode? Lame, especially when you consider they are more or less the same for everybody. Here, there are over 100, seemingly one for every special move and throw. I can't wait to see combo videos for MKX with these peppered throughout.

Man, all 4 of the new characters are awesome in their own right.

Bring on Jacqui, Erron Black and bow guy, already!!

Re: Brutalies announced! (Trailer)

you can pretty much end a combo with this mini-fatality, i think it's actually an improvement
btw that kotal kahn stage looked...badass

All the brutalities i saw seemed to be enhances versions of their specials with the exception of Ermac's soul ball but i could be wrong, But this makes more sense to me. I mean the person is going to lose when the EX move is done but if its a regular move they may still have health so i think most will be EX. They should have went into more detail about this lol

I was hoping they were saying that like a character would be revealed as soon as the stream ended

I'd be satisfied if it is just a story trailer with atleast 4 or 5 character reveals (similar to how they did with the Injustice Story Trailer). And I hope the Main Boss is revealed in a 5 second teaser at the end.

Seems like they'll take a similar route to what I wished for in another thread, with a big reveal and keep certain characters a secret until you unlock 'em in-game. Nice. Exactly the kind of thing I enjoy instead of waiting months to see Jax.

i bet you this lover of tacos saying we going to reveal at the end of the month

Yes, I think they will pack the charcters and may be a story trailer or will address this.

I can't imagine how they would reveal a bunch of characters at once without some hints.

Ya they really didnt do too much this stream. No reason they couldnt have broken down a new stage.

If it's another male character revealed I'm going to be extremely pissed. It's a sausage fest so far, the only female reveal we've had so far is Kitana.
