In the not too distant future, a man and his robots are trapped on the Satellite of love, where evil scientists force them to sit through the worst movies ever made.

The show is hard to explain but I'll try. Crow. T. Robot (my avatar), Tom Servo (the red robot), and Mike or Joel (Joel was the guy first, later on when he left the lead writer Mike took his place) are forced to sit through horrible movies. But with these three there's never a dull moment because with there wit they riff the hell out of the movies! The show takes place in and out of the theater with the bulk of the show being inside the theater. That's the best any explanation of the show is going to be from me so I'll leave you with some clips from episodes, so you can get a taste of the genius that is mst3k.

I love MST3K. It's probably one of the most consistently awesome shows in existence.

By the way, any fans of the original show should definitely check out RiffTrax, which is created by a number of people from MST, including Mike Nelson.
 
I love this show.
Manos: The Hands of Fate and Mst3k: The movie, are my hands down favorites of all time.

this is one of the cleverest shows ever put out. I think part of me also likes it for the fact that I would always make fun of any movie or show no matter what it was.So heres the perfect show for me. Great writing on this show, and I watch Rifftrax as well. Which is made by the creators of MSTK but with modern movies instead. Be sure to check it out as well


my personal favorite movie they did is pod people. "Pod People, nothing to do with pods, nothing to do with People"
(skip to around 4 minutes in to get to the movie)

you know the movie is horrible, when the scenes in the opening credits, have absolutly nothing to do with the actual movie

This is good stuff. My favorite full length movie I've seen them do is Zombie Nightmare.

This is a really good short video they did.

I've been watching these recently too. Netflix has alot on there.
Thats probably the best place to watch them because the DVD box sets are really expensive due to them containing full lenth movies on them. I own some but I'd go broke if I bought them all.
