Playing Subby and someone with full auto Jacqui machine gunned me over and over at full screen. SZ's slide doesn't reach full screen. Wasn't anything I could do about it. Was completely ridiculous. It might have just been lag but holy hell it was awful.

Had the same problem happened to me.

Wake and duck. Don't block cause the bullets will chip you. If the guy was smart he would combo you as soon as you got in range. But since I'm guessing that he's ass, wait till you're midscreen and slide or get closer to beat his ass
 
Someone on SRK was complaining about it too. I made a video for them


Probably impossible to deal with on a laggy connection, but things shouldn't be nerfed solely because of online.
Also beware when she has meter, she can follow it up with a missile that can't be ducked
 
As someone who mains both Deathstroke and Jacqui, their zoning is nothing alike. She doesn't have the ability to completely lock you down like Deathstroke can. Plus you can avoid her chip if you just duck. Jacqui wishes she had an anti air like Sword Flip.

Yup, no air/low shots. Just duck, dash and jump in if she's silly enough to use it at close range.
 
I like how he doesn't mention her up missile at all lol. I dare you to jump in at me while I'm doing it. 20% combo that knocks you fullscreen again, guaranteed quitality in most cases hahaha
 
There has been a guy streaming from Europe using Jacqui in Ranked matches. All he does is full screen guns and when you get in he throws you or something else to get you full screen again. Rinse and repeat. And he has the nerve to say he's the best Jacqui in the world. It makes me cringe to see all the people duck blocking his guns so he gets meter to use the follow up missile. I find myself screaming at the tv lol.

Yeah, I hate these type of zoners. It's not skill, it's spam.
 
How does anyone find enjoyment in spamming? Why even play fighting games if repeating the same move over & over is all you are capable of? It doesn't make sense, really.

His video is a guide against people spamming it, hence why he expects the Jacqui to just try so many wake-up attacks.
