Mortal Kombat X Kollector's Editions Announced!

Wow, I feel for everyone that wanted the Amazon Edition and couldn't get it...

I'm waiting for EB Games to update their Goddamned system here in Canada so I can preorder the Coarse Edition.

Same here, I'm also waiting for Amazon.ca to update there system as well. The fact that the Canadian dollar is getting lowing by the day. I don't want to spend more money than due to the exchange rate. It's bad enough that I have to pay the express shipping fee.

We got the R18+ rating for games a few years back. I didnt even notice it happened so one day I walked into EB to see if there were any good games and I noticed MK9. I flipped out in my head and bought it instantly. But yeah they'll allow MK and its gore now but they wont allow probing from aliens in games like Saints Row and South Park.

I know the latest South Park game came under fire in Germany over Nazi references (which South Park has had on and off since the first season, when Cartman infamously went to school on Halloween dressed up as Hitler). Even saying the word "Nazi" is practically a crime in that country.

Let's not forget the fact that Cartman's ghost costume was exactly like the KKK outfit.

The biggest problem about that game was the sexual content... They didn't care about the language, violence and edgy racial stuff they only cared about the cut scenes with sexual content which was censored.
Even though they left everything else in the game apart from the abortion, probe scenes etc. it did effect the overall enjoyment of the game.
As far as I'm concerned as soon as we got the R18 rating, from that point on we shouldn't have to worry about censorship of any kind.

Sorry for going a bit off topic, personally after seeing what the Kollector's Edition has to offer I'm definitely going to pre order the regular edition for Goro...
There's nothing in the Kollector's Edition that interests me especially that Scorpion alt LOL
 
I zoomed in on the Steel Card, my apologies if this is old info, but it says "51,000 of 70,000".
Does that mean they made 70,000 KE units? Crazy that many sold out that quickly.


Also what is a Steel Pack? Is that like an art book?

Nope. I bought it early enough that I'll get it without a problem... I wonder if I can still change my shipping speed? I went the safe route with free shipping, but I think I can afford to get it sooner.
 
I just changed the shipping of the Import edition to One Day with no problem. Left the Coarse at free.
 
Where do I go to change the shipping? I'm using the Amazon app so it may not be available until I use the desktop.
 
Not sure about the app, but I went to my "Open Orders" and next the KE was the option to "Change Shipping Speed"
 
All I need is the Kombat Pack. I have outgrown collectibles, they always ended collecting dust and taking space. Plus, statues that come with games are usually low quality.

I'll never buy special editions of games anymore.
