Mortal Kombat. I used to love the game... Until I saw the deeper meaning behind it. It's not offensive because of it's gore, because let's face it, until Johnny Cage rips your balls off, it's when we get genuinely disturbed by the game.
But I was playing Mortal Kombat Arcade Collection for the PS3, and I can't help but to notice that Sonya Blade has male grunts. This brings me to the conclusion that Sonya Blade is a transvestite. The thing is, it's offensive because you can't hit him in the balls, because Johnny Cage is a raging homophobic. Also Liu Kang is a shaolin monk, but he worships a Japanese god, Raiden. Shaolin Monks are from China, and why would they worship Japanese mythos? Not only Scorpion's phrase is COME HERE, while he brings out his spear that extends. So much innuendo in that. Plus Sub Zero could add another factor to it, by snowballing... Not only that Kano, has darker skin (in the first game) than the other white characters. Plus he's a thug. This could be spreading the message that hispanics are ruthless criminals.
Mileena is very offensive to women, due to the fact that she has insecurity problems. She feels as though she's ugly, and can't show her ugly mug. Midway is spreading the message that all women must be beautiful. Hmm... Plus Sindel is Kitana's mother, and she looks younger than a ten dollar bill, whatever that means, so women can't be old either? Plus Midway seems to be for police brutality since you can play as Styrker, a police officer. There's also Rain, a character based on Prince's song Purple rain. He also can't the other opponnent wet, and have control over them. Sheeva is based on the hindu god Shiva, and is dressed like a hoe... uh huh...
Also Tanya is based on one of Ed Boon's daughters, and look at how she dresses. Sonya is based on one of Ed Boon's daughters... WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU ED BOON!?
Plus Kintaro is an anthropomorphic creature, that wears a speedo and some strap on his chest... Seems to be into the whole yiffing ordeal huh.
