Sonya does look more realistic now, nice update.

I'm still messing with lights and Shaders for the Ninja Bios. It's really weird going back to that old model, I see a lot of mistakes that make me want to scrap it and start it over. I won't for this, but probably later.

What bothers you on ninja model Bleed? I know you had problems with closed fists, head looking smaller than the original and lack of strong lighting on the back. Is that it?
 
The materials could look more realistic and could use higher detail for close ups.
The proportions are all off
The hands are modeled in a way that makes a fist look wrong.
I know how to use a cloth simulation better now
 
Beside the size of the head I always thought the ninjas were pretty awesome.

It will be great to see you improve on what we have already seen.
 
If you ever have the urge to do something from scratch again, I'd love to see your improved ninjas. I can't imagine how much better it would look, because the ones you did earlier are amazing.
 
He is in MK1, isn't he?
I'd say it's a safe bet that he will be included here too.

Is reptile going to be in this game as a hidden character?

Although I would assume that the creators of this project would want this as faithful to the original as possible, ANY human male masked ninja could be in, because such characters were created using good old-fashioned palette-swapping (which is a lost art in today's gaming).

Hello to all,
I saw the corrections made by you @ Uker was very good.
I plan to make some changes on the face and biceps
As shown in the picture posted by you.
Now regarding hands is what worries me most,
For they are the new hands that I showed you in "PM".
To demonstrate this I am posting this new image with the
Hands featured in three different modes.
1-hand open.
2-Hand almost closed (as in the picture above posted by me).
3-Hand closed.

The palm area looks far too long.
The palm is supposed to be pretty much square, and it's more like twice as long as it is wide.

As an excercise take the middle render of the fist, and use your hand to cover everything to the left of the knuckles.
Then try to picture in your head the size of the rest of the hand.
Your mind will probably expect a hand that is half as long as it actually is, and size of the knuckles is not proportional to the size of the wrist.

I can't make a Photoshop illustration right now. I'm on a new job now, and I don't have Photoshop here (doubt I'll ever have it).
I'll try to make one whenever I get some time at home.

I commend your dedication nonetheless.
I'm sure you'll have a great Sonya in no time.

These Liu Kang sprites look great. Arq, any chance you know how to program him into mugen? If so, we could see a video of him in action with the sprites that you have done.
Or if not, maybe Bleed could take them and throw them into a mugen video.
