MKX Extra Content!?!?

So besides playing the game, my next favorite part of the is all the Extra Kontent!

What's the stuff you would like to see/have in the Kontent section?

Me I would like:
Bio's- Always a must
Behind the scene videos...in depth content
More Vignettes type trailers
Krypt of course or something like it
Character Endings (I know it won't be FMV but i can still want)
Alternate Costumes of course

Thoughts?
 
I'm hoping for more alts for each character than MK9 had. 2-3 is bare minimum, I'd like to see 5-6. And I'm talking for every character, not a select few.

I know it's already deconfirmed but I'd love to see the return of Chess Kombat. One of the best extra modes ever, it was an awesome idea.
 
I want Motor Kombat back. I had so much fun with it back then.

With the new tech and ideas of the new-gen, it can be way better with 16+ Players. Plus they could take a couple elements from Mario Kart or Sega Allstars.

I think it was already deconfirmed though via an E Boon tweet.
 
Test Your Luck is confirmed. It's enough for me in terms of extra side modes.

I definitely want something like a Krypt though. And I hope something resembling the Nekropolis returns, where I can see 3D models of the characters and their bios, endings, variation profiles, etc.
 
- Motor Kombat
- That thing with the 3D character models that you can zoom in and roll around to see Mileena's boobs the cool details.
- More generous number of alternate costumes, and I don't mean 30 costumes for Scorpion, I mean 3 for every character would be nice.
 
I would prefer that they do away will all superfluous content.

Give everyone:

3-4 Fatalities
2 or more additional -alities
2 or more types of stage fatalities (more than one on some stages depending on location in the stage, think Eternal Champions for Sega CD)
More Characters
Most Alternate Costumes
Pack the secrets into the ACTUAL GAME again.

I want the primary game to be packed with content and do away with all the fluff like the krypt. I dont want 800 pieces of concept art. I want tangible game content.

Not like the shitty MK9 dance club themes though.

We've already seen pictures of 3D models showing the different variations with their description, I bet this images were captured from the game, so a Nekropolis like thing is probably in.

Would totally love to see that, the MK games could use some really stand out tracks. Most of the music is completely forgettable. The only person that has a awesome theme right now is Reptile but that's from the 1995 movie. lol

Mileena's theme in MK9 is alright, that's the only one I can think of. Not my typical taste in music but it suits her. That said, it's not THAT great. It's okay.

That's one thing the new Killer Instinct has going for it. Awesome theme after awesome theme for each character.
 
I would like 2 minutes long videos as bios.

A quick narrated bio of the character in a video composed of images like those of MK9 endings.

Like those videos NRS released for every DLC char days before they got released in the store.

One can only dream...
 
I want some form of customization, doesn't need to be in-depth but in this case a little goes a long way.

It better not be to the level of TTT2. I am NOT paying $60 to see Cassie Cage with a purple mohawk and a face full of body piercings.

Yeah I would like over the top customizations. Subtle ones and ones that made sense.

For Example:
Changing Out Kano's Face Plate (From MK 1-9)
Kano's knives
Cassies Guns
Kotal's Headdress
 
I think its such a huge mistake not having chess n puzzle kombat. It adds so much more replay value n they were alot of fun n would look alot better this time
 
To be honest, I would be very happy if they finally brought back the one-time-only MK4-type cinematic endings.
I always loved them and wished they'd come back every time a new game was announced, though I doubt it'll happen.
Chess Kombat was my second favorite game-type kontent, I'd spazz if I saw that coming back someday, though obviously it won't be back for MKX, as stated by Ed.

I undoubtedly agree with you 100% about the FMV/Cinematic Ending! I really wish they could do that. it would just be the icing on the cake so to speak. But Unfortunately Ed Boon has crushed that idea only bc he said it would be too expensive. I believe he did mention though that the endings would be similar to how MK9 did theirs but with Next Gen Tech. I can live with that for now. Those in my opinion where alot better than just a cropped art with subtitles.

Also on another note. One of my all time favorite Modes has been and will forever be TEST YOU MIGHT! Not Test your... Sight or Luck but MIGHT! I would also love it better if you could choose one character to break all the items instead of them changing as you progress up the challenge.

I never played MK4 but I've seen the endings. I would definitely welcome cinematic endings for each character over still images w/ narration.. any day of week.

no colour customization. too many online/tournament players will complain if they lose to like a blue Ermac or a green Scorpion. they'll be like "waaa waaa it was too distracting. I thought I was fighting ________".
