MKX DLC Character Requests! Voting & Popularity

This is not a 'Gimme, Gimme, DLC' Thread. This is a guide to show support for DLC and most popular characters the community would like to see. This poll is on several MK forums. Even if characters are announced we still get to see how popular they are in the poll.

You may vote for as many characters you like but please do not vote for any requested character more than once using a proxy or different IP address. Put others before yourself and let the community speak collectively.

Tanya, Li Mei, and Sareena will most likely be IN THE GAME!!!

Nitara has over a 76% chance of making it as well.

So I'll vote for Khameleon.
 
No, no, no, no, no, no.

There's no excuse why a popular character isn't in the core game to begin with. How could you support buying something that's already in the game locked. Dlc has become robbery.

Maybe if they decide to make dlc as an after thought.. Then maybe I'd support that.

Why is it that Khameleon and Chameleon are even discussed to begin with? Useless characters on par with Meat, and Mokap.

All four of them have a place in the game, but more as just cameo's for comedy. I hope people don't actually want to play as them or with them. They've done nothing for the story, they do nothing for the promotion of the game. Not to mention they're lazy characters.

Here's a male character that does everything the male ninjas can do.

Here's a female character that does everything the females ninjas can do.

Why waste a roster spot on them?
 
We may get brand new characters none of us have heard of, since the timeline was tampered with. New characters would make this game feel fresh, other than rehashing the massive roster from MK Armageddon. MK9 got away with the older characters because of the rebooted story.

Agreed.
It makes no sense for me to request DLC characters, if they may be on the main roster to begin with.
I also dislike DLC being discussed before a game released, in general.
DLC should be brought up AFTER a game comes out, not with developers making an incomplete game only to sell those characters later, as DLC.
 
So... Can we let this thread die so that it's not taking up space in the "Hot Topics" section, and then revive it when the game is out :-P?

For Nitara, she's in MKDA and chances are all MK4-MKDA characters will be in the game's roster. I guesstimated the percentage. She's more than likely to be in the game in other words.
Khameleon was just a female ninja clone WHO HAS A STORY IN MKT AND MKA. Becaue she's known to copy female characters, she may not make it to the original roster. It may take more time to figure out an original moveset for her and I don't think they'll allow copy cats in this game anymore.

This is why I can't see her making it personally. Copy cats who can be fleshed out I want but I'm not sure what they could do with Khameleon. Story can be a reason for inclusion but unless the story makes a character an essential part of the roster it should be game play that's the deciding factor.
 
I hope Ashrah and/ or Dairou make it in. I would love to see a reinterpretation of their characters. And maybe even a Shujinko-esque character, though with his own moves, not everyone elses. lol! he could be like a grown up avatar.
