Can I ask all of you a question? Why didnt you guys just use your regular pass the day the game came out?? Am i missing something??

My fiancee preordered the game for me, but she had it delivered to her dorm at school instead of my house, so I didn't end up getting it until the Friday after release (April 22nd I believe).

Cool, will do! I'm only on the trail too, but I'm hoping Sony gets the store up soon. I've heard that if you play on a extra account, or create a new one, you get a new trail.

I'll be there...... as soon as I get a job buy a Ps3 and buy Mk9 for the ps3 oh and after I complete storymode again =D

1) This belongs in the Online multiplayer Sub-forum. Mods?

2) Just create another account for another 2-day trial forever until PSN store is back on its feet and you can redeem your code.

Who the hell gives about stats record with your main PSN account right now, online is FUBAR.

Practice with extra accounts, then delete them and switch back to your main account when you activate your online code.

I tried to find anything with "Sweden", "Denmark" and so on, but nothing when i was last on. I'll be on the lookout if it comes up again. :) I'll send you a friend request just incase. It can't take that long to get the store up and running again. It'll probably be any day now.

I'm willing to help out. There are some things you need to get used to with Kitana and Sub-Zero in terms of defense. I'll be ADRIANSIORDIA. :)

I think you should first practise offline in traning mode before attempting to play online. You need at least to pull off easily kitana's and subzero's 3 hit combos (included in the moves list menu) and (of course) the specials moves should become a second nature. Then you can practise online with someone from here who will go easy on you.

I have a pretty decent amount of practice in training mode with Kitana, and not nearly enough with Sub-Zero or anyone else.
My biggest problem is that I have terrible defense, which cannot be practiced in training mode since your opponent doesn't fight back.

Are you aware that you can set the AI difficulty in Practice Mode? Just go to AI options in the pause menu and press R1 to see the difficulty. Once you set it, the training dummy will fight back.

^ exactly my defense has improved drastically because of AI difficulty selection. I think you should practise at least a month on practice mode before going online. And PLEASE memorize basic 3 hit kombos for your main. Kitana has a descent amount of 3 hit, 2 hit kombos.
