Kratos Maybe A Permenant Character For The MK Franchise!!!

NRS can't afford to jump ship off of the 360, fighting titles normally console exclusive are now becoming multi-platform. I think WB is smarter than that, they would get more money by selling it on both systems. It's only Sony that profits from console exclusivity.

first of all chill or i will tell sub zero to do it for you secound do you really belive that mk will be that differnt with kratos in? third do you really blive this guy first he has no evedince that kratos will be permentant and hes not that famous its like me telling you that kratos ill be permenant would you blive me?
 
This guy is just a tool. There is no way Boon would ever allow for a character from another game to become part of the story or an ongoing character. I am now going to ignore this thread.....i suggest you all do the same.

Im a harcore Mk fan and was playing Mortal Kombat before you were born, and I would love Kratos to become a permanent character in MK.

Not really, because Namco owns both Tekken and Soul Calibur. So having one of their characters make an appearence in another one of their games isn't that much of a deal.

See, if he is just an arcade/versus character, I really don't care. Bonus character is bonus. I highly doubt he'll become more than an arcade ending to the game's story.
 
As ab Xbox Gamer, I can say it all depends on one thing:

Does he have a part in the story?

If yes; Bad idea, and since half of their playerbase wouldn't be able to experiance that story (since Kratos is PS3 Exclusive and there is no way he won't be in the near future), and that would be a low blow to all of us Xbox users.

If No; Don't care, if he just has a Arcade ending/beginning and is only available for Versus, go right ahead, no skin off my nose.

Having said that, he would need an overhall; how exclusively he (appears) to use weapons is just out of place in the Mortal Kombat arena....

^ Master Cheif would be awkward, Gears characters have been deconfirmed, and Crackdown was a bad game (Just an opinion, don't kill me).

I would much rather see Alma from the F.E.A.R. Series, a Female to counter out Kratos' Male. And, beleive it or not, I have a total crush on Adult Alma.

i just think its funny how a lot of butt hurt people decided to jump on me over my own decision to leave mortal kombat if this happened, i mean why is it any buisness to you if i leave Geezush. peoples feelings get so hurt over the internet now a days lol

and dude dnt worry im chill, i just think its funny how a lot of these "die hard" mk fans think it would be "totally awesome" to include Kratos permanently into the game, i mean NRS doesn't have to sell out their game to get sales. second, no i dont believe this guy, he is just another Sony Try Hard who expects sony to s*** gold on his playstation and give him everything he wants
 
So if Kratos is a regular character and part of the story now would that mean they'd have to make 2 completely different story modes for future MK games for each console? I don't believe this.

technically yeah, but this isnt going to happen. the hip hop gamer just likes to hear himself talk and ever since he had that feeling kratos was going to be in the new MK game the man has proclaimed himself as a god of video games and thinks what ever he says go, the man is a total idiot
 
Making Kratos a permanent character directly influencing the storyline is something that i just can't throw my support for if NRS honestly do decided to go that route.
but if NRS decided to just keep making him a guess character with no influence on the storyline whatsoever and just give him an ending in the arcade mode like they're doing now, then by all means go right ahead.
