and im tired of the needles whining from ps3 and xbox fanboys a like people its plastic its not real life we all love mk regardless of platform kratos or no kratos Mk is what were here to talk about not some dumb ass on youtube

Kratos is a tool for wb you guys ever think wb wants the rights to the god of war for movies thats the only reason i can see kratos being any more mk games what you guys think its my thoughts nothing more
 
Yeah, but if you think about it AMES32 it doesn't make much sense if they want the movie rights why including him in NRS's games would seal the deal. Although NRS is a branch of WB still kind of odd that they'd go that far.

may be sony wants to see how wb markets him in there new mk game hence all the kratos info we have gotten im not say this is why but I thank it vary smart if you see it from a business stand piont just look at how wb got mk through mk vs dc to see if it was worth there time and money just seeing big red flags here

Meh, I don't think that's the exact same thing. Although yes, they are marketing him to draw in Kratos fans who is a pretty popular character, but they pretty much already know Kratos sells. It's not hard to figure out.

On the MKvDC: Meh, I don't think that's the exact same thing either. Although yes, good business practice, it just seems off from a standard and easier way of doing it.
 
How is it not if you can market him as a guest in a game and draw in new revenue what can they do with a movie

or may be sony wants to market kratos as more of a franchise rather than a single character and who better to do it than wb just look at what there doing for mk toys, games, web shows, befor long a movie

god of war, now has toys, comics, guests in games, may be a cartoon movie like dead space, and a sure to come movie like i said just my thoughts nothing more o and iam a business major starting in the fall

Eh, more or less where I was going with my point or meaning, was that normally in business you look at sales charts of a specific venture [in this case Kratos/GOW in general] to see if it sells. Which should be obvious to WB by now, it'd be like not knowing that Mario, Pokemon, Solid Snake, Link, and other popular characters.

Also on that note, that's kind of the point of guest characters to draw in more sales. That's just a given in most cases.

Ah, now I see what you meant. Basis on PS3 Vs. 360 and whether the variable [K=kratos] causes more sales. I think I get the picture now. That's true in such a case, although I've never liked guess decisions in business like that. There are far plenty of other explanations.

that was just the parallels i see cuse it reminded me so much of mk dc were wb does something to help another franchise ie gow reach that next level to reach more people and there for pimp out the only thing sony will ever have close to a cash cow sad vary sad kratos deserves better not to be sonys *****

and yes im a big god of war fan and hell no he is like god to ps3 fans and this is not a good thing :(
he deserves better so yes I dont want him i any more mk games one is pushing it
 
Personally you are correct on making GoW the Sony cash cow, I'm still awaiting a Legend of Dragoon sequal. Damn it Sony, over 100,000 people have signed the damn petition!

Eh, I don't know I think Sonic is doing a lot better since the release of STH4 ep. 1. Although some Sonic fans are still major ******, the game has actually taken a throwback to the early games, and although it plays in a slightly different manner [such as speed runs and the like] they've done quite well at taking course. Although for a time Sonic was a overused tool.

Mario isn't doing too bad either. At least his games produce major quality for the most part.
