Just for the hell of it, this is Frost's theme, lol.
Song is alright but if you Liu Kang should have singing in his theme, it should be this.
I'm sorry but, this does not fit Liu Kang for the shit. Liu Kang is a peaceful person, not a hard, loud, and violent person.

BANALITY
The title of the song certainly sounds like it fits Quan Chi. On the other hand, given that its lyrics apparently are about S/M ("some of them want to use you, some of them want to get used by you") and not about hypnosis, I think it might fit Mileena or Skarlet better.
Anyway, this is just fun/idle speculation, nothing more.
OK, given that you are the expert on all things Liu Kang, I updated my list and made it the primary song for Kung Lao.
