Just kinda odd looking. In MKII Jade and Kitana looked more human.. now they look like super women with huge out of proportion boobs. Idc, it's a game.

Dont be so quick to judge, while in the context of the given interview, we have yet to see dlc fatalities, stages, or things like that, but as of now, they are focusing on giving our four characters. If they announce they are done after dlc fighter 4, then they failed you. Give them time.

Hopefully not. One of the perks of no longer being the flagship franchise of a company is the fact that they don't need to churn out games every year. In fact, i think it was at the launch party, Boon explicitly said that they liked how this one would be able to let sit for a couple years before the next game "needs" to come out. The more time allowed for development, the better the game ends up being. I don't want to see MK10 in '12.

Actually, the number of people who'd like an "UMK9" may not be as small as you think. There's a poll on the subject running on TYM (perhaps we should get a new one running here). Currently, 75% are in favour of making the game, 25% are against.

DLC was worth it. 4 Characters, one which hasn't been revealed yet, 8 free costumes, Klassic Costume pack, obviously it would be great if they made more but what they have done up until now has been quality.
This is the only game I have brought so much DLC for, yes, even more then Call of Duty.

Some of you wont be happy till Boon caves into to every single stupid demand and request that you want.
The only thing im unhappy about in regards to DLC is how it seems predominately responsible for all the Desync issues.
Honestly, the only DLC im happy with are things like balance patches. I miss the days of PC's where you could buy expansion packs for games, which meant NO online issues.

I think maybe we'll be seeing at least a few more DLC characters than just these four. I'm not sure about arenas and fatalities though. It seems they are mostly focused on releasing more characters.
Yeah, for instance, they lied about the pricing. They said on-disk DLC would be free, even though the classic costumes pack with $5 and those costumes were already on the disk. Also, for the DLC characters, I recall them saying they would be cheap, even though turned out to be $5. That is, unless $5 happens to be cheap to them, for some reason.

Ehh... $5 for a not-on disc character is quite good really. I've seen worse, much worse.
Also, except pre-order exclusives, which I understand really (imagine people who got TE for Ermac, wouldn't getting Ermac for free feel like taking away value of that Edition, or going to the store and pre-order?), the rest of DLC costumes are free, right?

Someone asked on Twitter yesterday if there would be more DLC announcments besides the 4th character at comicon and ED said something to the effect of "thats the idea". Cant recall off the top of my head but they'll probably keep making it if we keep buying it.

Sure, the DLC could have been WAY better with MORE characters, stages, and fatalities.
In retrospect though, I'm happy that we got lots of stuff for so little:
- MK 1 Sub-Zero, Scorpion and Reptile (with Klassic Fatalities), MK 1 Ermac, MK 3 Jade, MK 3 Kitana and MK 3 Mileena = ALL for $5
- Skarlet = $5
- Kenshi = $5
- Rain = $5
- ??? = $5
- Cyrax and Sektor MK 3 costumes = Included in the FREE Skarlet compatibility pack
- Smoke and Noob MK II costumes = Included in the FREE Kenshi compatibility pack
- Kitana and Jade MK II costumes = Included in the FREE Rain compatibility pack
- ?????? and ?????? MK ? costumes = Included in the FREE ??? compatibility pack
