Hidden Cyrax Fight!

I haven't done it yet, but one of my friends claims to have fought Klassic Cyrax on Jade's Desert. He said he had no idea how he did it, but i'm guessin' him being at the far left is a key factor. I'm going to try and figure it out myself. i'll keep this updated and if anyone has any info, let me know
 
i dont know how to get him, and for the record i still havent seen him, im getting a little skeptic, but my friend says he (there might be unnecessary info here) fought Sektor on Jade's Desert, and had seen Cyrax at the end of the walkway (where he'll occasionally appear) it was on Medium, he got 2 flawless, but no fatality and he blocked occasionally
 
Think this would have popped up somewhere else on the forums before now if it was true, wish it was but doubt it unfortunately
 
Well I hope he isn't lying and just tries to waste our time figuring this out.

EDIT: What character did he choose to play as?
 
He played as noob, but yeah im getting skeptical i cant figure it out. and id have to agree, it wouldve appeared earlier. damn, i want this to be true though, rest assured, ill keep working at it
 
I seen him in The Desert but I didn't pay him no mind. Besides, if there was a secret fight, don't you think it would have been discovered by now?

yeah i know. but ill keep tryin at least for a while. because itd be awesome to figure out if it was true. if it is true it'd have to be incredibly hard to figure out. my friend swears up and down he fought him though
 
It would've been "unearthed" in the code by now wouldn't it? Plus wouldn't there be an achievement or trophy for fighting him like all of the other hidden fighters?
 
classic cyrax is NOT in the disc so.. bull$hit!
the only classic cyrax you'll see in mk9 (until DLC) is his half body in desert. and yes, the 3D model in the disc is literally half body
 
If it was true, it'd likely be another hidden trophy like the others. So I don't believe it at all.
 
I tried a few things. Odd thing was cyrax showed in far left of desert during training mode

I tried to just uppercut hoping the toasty guy would come out and that would have something to do with it but no success =/
 
When the team of dedicated hidden fight finders were tryin to find jade they thought it might have had something to do with it coz it's jades desert, and they tried ALOT Of different stuff! Would be nice if true tho.

I saw him too! But I couldn't find him again.

He does appear. I actually asked my friends to not hit me so that I could go to the left part of the arena. He's partially buried in the sand.

I don't know whether you can fight him or not, sadly.
 
I strongly doubt this for 2 reasons.1 as previously mentioned there would be an achievement/trophy.2 all the hidden fights are done in the ladder, now heres my logic, to fight classic noob at the cathedral noob must be present and not shinnok.When you play versus it shows noob,shinnok and like one other person iirc.Cyrax in the sand can be seen even during a versus fight.If it actually was a trigger for a secret fight it would be disabled for versus.

This is only an easter egg period.
 
The Xbox disc was hacked to death, so pretty much everything is revealed.

There isn't a classic Cyrax fight.
