DUDE!!!! I freaking love this!!!!

In the Latest issue of the comic a few ppl have made comparison to the Monster in the Cave to the Xenomorph from Alien.

While in its own way the Xenomorph is awesome, I think i would suck as a playable character. they best option would be for the Predator to be playable. IMO bc the Predator has more of a story to build off off while the Xenomorph doesn;t necessarily have a complexing story. (Theyre laid, the face hugger attaches itself to a host, the host is the vessel for the egg it lays, the host dies when the egg is mature and then it ages quickly and causes chaos and mayhem.)

Predator on the other hand you can make up a good story for him even if its not apart of the story mode. The Predator was somehow transported to Outworld during all the chaos of the Netherrealm War. Stranded, the Predator made sport of Outworlds indigenous species hunting for game and to survive. The Predator claimed the jungle of Outworld in his time there. Stories from Natives of the Ghost of the Jungle have spread. The Predator now made his Presence known to all realms and Participates in Mortal Kombat to the Trophies of all Trophies!

IDK...but i think you catch my drift!

the opinion of some on other boards is leaning towards JASON - and him getting revealed next month on friday the 13th.
not sure how i feel about that but.....

I think a lot of ppl are leaning towards jason more so bc Freddy was in the last game. And yes there was Eds Friday the 13th.

But Im not fond of Jason being in the game!
 
Predator would be cool but NRS would still have to go through both Fox and Sega on using the character. Sega has the video game rights to both Alien and Predator.
 
But Jason's teleport moves are broken. In the movies he's always moving slowly but the second the camera leaves him he is magically behind the victim.
Sometimes there's a healthy teenager running like hell in a straight line, with Jason following ten kilometers behind slow as a snail, but the second the teenager stops Jason is already there behind a tree.

He must have the portal stone or something.

Pinhead from Hellraiser. If NRS keeps the Horror Movie Villain thing going from MK9.
 
I would make an exception for Predator. Jason on the other hand? It would be annoying, but also compelling in a way because you could have a kind of long distance grappler fighter in Jason. Think like how Batman was able to counter people's moves and break their leg in Injustice. But instead of it being up close, Jason can do that to projectile moves.
 
yeah predator is the only guest kharacter i want. good thing is somebody tweeted a pic to Ed boon and he liked the idea. so lets hope they make it happen. i want the unmasked predator for one variation too.
 
I think Ed Boon was just joking around on Twitter. He wanted some cookies and everyone assume that he was hinting Sweet Tooth.
 
Predator would be one of my top choices for guest character. My other would be Spawn. I've always just thought he's a total bad ass and looks awesome. Not a huge fan of actually having guest characters but since we know we'll have at least one, I think predator and spawn could be pretty cool.

i HATE the idea of guests, but pinhead would be pretty cool haha. Not really a fan of the predator thing. And Jason is just boring imo.
 
also remember guys the guest fighter needs three varitions like everybody else or it wouldn't be in so unless they can come of varitions for jason i ddn't he will be in
