Man f%#k Shazam! He's a piece of sh%t! He has to work hard as heck for a 30% combo. He's trait activation is waaay to slow and it only affects his punches. Why do I have to work this hard when Superman can just swing his arms mindlessly for a 50% combo?

I might give Batgirl a shot. Her vortex game is crazy.

To be honest, getting zoned out can be pretty frustrating; especially against Deathstroke and Cyborg. I wish MB Cat Dash had a bit more armor.

That or you can activate the armor on start up, It's kinda gay how we have a small window after we commit to the dash. I'm still going to play her, but I want another character to cover all of her bad match ups.

She's a good character overall, but it's just other character can lame her out easily.

Also, why make a fragile move so negative on block? Cat Dash is the quintessential YOLO move.

Compared to the other rushdown characters, she's the worst in terms of closing the distance. Even the big body characters have better ways to get in.

Text-Book example of a Yolo move.

I wouldn't say she's the worst, but it's pretty bad. We have a God-like B3 that can close a good amount of distance and it's -3 on block which isn't that bad and a fast dash that recovers quick compared to other characters. It's just a test of patience and reading their Fireball patterns. Which is tedious, but once we're in it's all about out playing them with in her Footsies range.

I agree with everything you said except for "I wouldn't say she's the worst". I can't think of any other rushdown character than has a tougher time getting in. Harley and Joker come to mind but they have both have zoning. Lex? He can armor up and Charge in.

Who?

I'd have to say Harley, if not the worst she's above Catwoman. Yes, she has guns, but against air projectiles they're useless (Gun's aren't plus on block like Lantern's air fireball), Green Lantern can drop green Dick tips on her head all day. Plus, they're not good for Counter zoning. If she pops off the spacing war it's all good and she has to be mindful of how far she's advancing because with each shot she moves forward slightly and they start up in 21 frames, Aquaman's From the deep starts up in 19 frames he wins the spacing war with Zoning and Counter zoning.

But like Catwoman, she had a good B+3, and it's Plus on block to start some kind of offense and she has Tantrum stance to move in as well but that can only be canceled into a backwards roll (Right?) on whiff. Which give the Keep-away character more space to work with.

He's not that hard. If you use 22 or his F22 into MB Herculean Might, that's his setup right there. Once you get them in it once, you can loop it as long as they don't get out of it or you drop it.

22/F22 MB HM, B3, J3, D2. Sets up for another command grab attempt. At least I think that's how it goes. Just watch this video in the spoiler tag...

Spoiler:

Not to mention that his Atlas Torpedo is crazy good. Especially when you know how to make it an overhead mixup. People don't know how to deal with that shit. A lot of the time I can get 4 in a row. The MB version usually puts you right in the corner by an interactable so a lot of the time it can add a good 20% or more to your combos.

Yeah, main reason why I don't play Grundy much anymore. It's such an uphill battle.

You know what sea creature Aquaman most resembles? a fcking turtle. Because that's all any Aquaman player does is turtle the whole match. Tom Brady included. I love watching him play in MK but in Injustice he's a huge fgt.

I feel your pain. It's really hard to get in with Lex. If anyone tells me he has projectiles just don't. His "projectiles" are slow and situational. His lance thing does almost no damage , and his satellite thing misses unless they stand still or are on their backs. At least zoning isn't the main focus of this game anymore.

Lex's armor even at maximum charge gets blown up by almost everyone on the roster. His armor doesn't hold up against any type of zoning at all. Trust me , he's my guy. I just can't tear myself away from him because I love his style. He is definitely a challenge , but as far as worst character to rush in on zoning ... that's definitely Lex.

That's how you play the character though.
Green Arrow is dirty as fluff, how can you complain about Aqua Man

At least zoning isn't the main focus of this game anymore.
