EVO defines hype, and we're only a day away from the biggest FGC event to date. Hopefully we'll see another cool MKX demonstration along with 3 more characters being revealed. MK9 won't be on the big screen this year, but there is a side tournament for it. So post your predictions here, share the hype with other members and learn something from the best players around the globe, with that being said here are my predictions for this years EVO.

MK9 - REO
UltraSF4- EG Momochi
Marvel- Chris G
KI- Grimmz
BB:CP- Lord knight

I don't watch KOF or TTT2, lol.

The NLBC vs WNF 5 on 5, will be cool to watch. I'll probably have to catch the archives, since I'll be working.
Maybe get to see a little bit when I get home from work. No predictions, I know of. Can agree with Grimmz though on KI.

Too bad I didn't get to watch, WNF last night. Started at 12AM, my time and was already passed out, haha.

I forgot all about the 5 v 5 exhibition, is it in both Marvel and Ultra?

I'm so hyped for KI, grimmz deserves to win EVO. It's time to see new faces on the big screen now.

I watched NLBC, Dragon God had a strong showing with Decapre, but i didn't bother to watch marvel. Marvel isn't hype anymore, but I'll still watch top 8 of it at EVO this year.

It's a cool game to watch, really fast pace though and hard to keep up with at first glance. The commentators really don't explain the game, though. :(

Yeah.
I'm seeing that now. :laugh:

The commentators aren't doing it justice, but damn this game is faster than I remember on my N64.
These guys are fast as hell.
 
Pissed off, that bat could've controlled that entire match with trait alone once he got into open space, and pressured with block strings.. :mad:
