Crappiest community in the world.. I swear

Look I'll admit in street fighter I don't get shit or mvc but for MK I get messages after like every match telling me stuff it's crazy

Don't rid yourself of the MK community because a few little ***** can't take losing. There are XBOX players that have actually grown up, believe it or not :P
 
The real community is on serious forums as TRMK, TYM, etc .... where people discuss safely and normally about the game, about gameplay, etc .... and not online, in scrubs rooms, where people live in their mom's basement, being keyboard warriors.

I enjoy abit of hate mail :-s Yesturday i was playing a Quan Chi on ranked, and he beat me, i played a few more matches and then the Quan Chi player came up again, he picked Quan .. me Jax, right at the end of the first round we both had around 30% health and he got me in a combo finishing it with Quans Trance special.. i had around 10%health, and he started tbagging me wile i was stunned. He missed with his next combo just as i came out of the stun, i was kinna annoyed and came out of the slump in my chair and kicked his ass, then i dominated the next round and won. Then of course i tbagged like there was no tomorrow =)

To the people saying grow up its just a game, it DOES get to you after seeing it 20x in a row. It's all about respect 'give to get' Its the same as people quitting, you played the entire match with me, at least show the respect of letting the victor take his finishing blow. I never quit even though it kills me to sit through countless Kung lao and Scorpion finishers, so quitters really piss me off.

All those players ive lost to that do that, crouching/standing thing, is supposed to be a disrespectful sign?

I thought it was someone trying and failing at doing a Fatality.

People that care about what others think of them online assume everyone else does as well.
 
I hate Trolls, Like one of y'all said, If they start it, don't continue it. But I feel compelled to, because when they message me with words like "F U Noob you need to lern kombos and get a life. stop choosing sheeva shes a"--uh well you know what I mean. I mostly PM them back when I feel like I have something hilarous to say, Like this one time when-

i've been playing games for 26 years, and online games since they started an my general opinion is, all of the online game communities suck.

They have good people and bad people, but if everyone got along with everyone, there would be world peace. But since we do not get along with everyone, hell in most cases we only get along with a fraction of the people we meet, that means most online communities for games are going to suck more than they rock. particularly when it's a competitive game.

what do you expect? the "community" is made up primarly of kids. you're not dealing with that many that are grown, mature adults. for crying out loud, just look at you as an example. you initiated the argumentative conversation with your opponent just because he didn't want to rematch you! OH LORD....someone doesn't want to rematch you, so you go berserk on him! childish.

if you want the community to become better, then be better yourself. don't lash out at someone because they play a certain way (ie, spam a move, etc) or because they don't want to play another match against you or because they decline your match invite in the lobby.

control what you can control...and that is you. you can't control others. so don't worry, whine or complain about it. if it ends up bothering you THAT much, then put the game in the drawer and don't play it anymore. christ almighty!
 
I hate to use an old cliche, but it is what it is. I dove into some Koth last night. Was on a 8 game win streak and never got rated over a 3. Most of the kids would spam Mileena dive kick and Scorpion teleport and I would punish it every time. Played my two mains, Ermac and Cyrax. On the last match before desync I used Smoke. Never used teleport unless I got a pop up. They still hated on me. Oh well, you're gonna have that. I like to get well rounded with everyone so I can random select and do work some time.

Its ridiculous isn't it? How that t-bagging crap has gotten so widespread is beyond me. Some jackwagons out there think its just the slickest thing.

Its confusing sometimes though as certain stage fatalities include a d,d,d motion.
 
When someone "teabags" you during the fatality just msg them "thanks for the bj" it's what it looks like

His nick says it all... I will not even accept a challenge form someone with a nick obviously made up by some stupid kid... On the other hand you just have to take this shit in the face... nothing you can do about it.. my suggestion is keep playing.. eventually you meet a good player that dose not act like a jerk, friend that guy... and keep playing him... soon you will find KoTH matches with nothing but mature players in them... it is a long road but worth it in the end.

yea, I do nto want to start a war but in ssf4ae if i get any msg at all it is a gg, or a keep trying mate you'll get beetter, ot dang your good man, but i';ll get you next time.. i hardly ever get flamed in ssf4... I think the "violence" in mk attracts a diffrent crowd of people
 
I dont usually hate, if someones a good player then damn, theyre a good player and they get a gg from me. But on the other hand if they spam you better believe I will call them out on it. Is it immature, yes, but is spamming actually playing the game right, no. I consider spamming disrespectful as a play style because they think theyre SO good using the same move OVER and OVER.
