Comp. packs mandatory now?

Well, it's a good thing then that I'm pretty much done playing MK after getting MKFiSer. Maybe I'll get lucky, and if there is future DLC characters and this Season Pass is still valid (and is for just four characters and not specifically the first four characters), I can get a real MK character via their CP in Freddy's stead.

I don't play online, so me having or not having the CP doesn't effect anyone but me, and I don't want Freddy showing up in my ladder runs. Klassic CSZ is tempting, but not enough for me to make Freddy a playable character in my game.

Whatever. There is no appeasing these MK "purists" OMG WAAAAH WAAAAAAH!! I have Fweddy Kweuger in my game so I'mma stop playing it even though I like the game, but since freddy is in it, I'mma stop playing...WAAAAAH!

And I will lol while whoopin some scrub ass with the king of the dreamrealm. I hope Freddy is top tier so I can see him in tourneys more and more and bathe in the sweet tears of MK "fans"

Your online pass is for the 4 characters that they released. And not valid for future releases.

Lol I will be playing online with Freddy because guess what? The compatibility pack is mandatory. And there are PLENTY of other people to scrub up other than you ;)

And lol I'm a casual because I don't know the major intricacies of the story. "Aww gee whiz did you guys know that Daegon is actually the 3rd late cousin of Darrius?! I did!" Or I'm a casual because I like the idea of Freddy Kreuger in MK

What I meant was, considering it was only intended to have four DLC characters and then be done, that the SP might just be coded to offer four characters. If there are only four, then no need for NRS, in their general laziness, to specifically say it's only good for specific characters. At least at first, seeing how sloppy Skarlet's release proved to be.

I'm not expecting that to be the case (thus why I said "maybe I'll get lucky"), but after everything else, I'm not underestimating NRS's laziness.

111 MB MK9 Patch - Details?

Does anyone know the details about this new 111 MB patch I'm currently downloading for MK9? If this has been address my apologies. Just need the info on patch details.

That's cool. I already purchased the DLC characters already anyway. And gonna get Freddy tomorrow. They shoulda made compatibility mandatory from the start. It sucks playing these silly people who don't know it's free to download and I can't pick a DLC character.

But, I was HOPING this patch addressed ONLINE and MATCHMAKING issues too. Meh, guess that's coming later.
