I know, and I realise it will obviously be Dillon, but Apollo > Dillon (let's be honest, that handshake meme is his best scene) and I love the idea of his ridiculous Rocky IV attire being used instead. :p

I can imagine after having been dead and then come back to life, Jax would put fighting on the shelf and settle down with a non-fighter woman, have a daughter with her and try to make a normal life for himself. However, he would probably suffer from alot of mental scars, having PTSD which would eventually ruin his relationship, maybe have him drinking alot over a period of time. But after what happens in the comics...

... it would give Jax the motivation to get back on track and better himself. And then his daughter along with Cassie joins the army and becomes Special Forces, Jax gets back as well with the help and encouragement from his former partner and best friend, Sonya.

But let's see how deep NRS goes with his story.

I've had enough drama over who someone loves and who someone dislikes as a character for MKX.
I wanted Fujin in.
He doesn't appear to be in, thus far, so I move on and enjoy the rest of the game.
Yeah, I'm trying to see what happens in MKX.
While I don't want spoilers, I do love the story speculation and possibilities.
I love that we have something to speculate on, once again, as far as what's happening in MKX. :-D

I do like Apollo Creed better, too, but I can't wait to see what Dillon Jax says to the Predator.

I can just imagine....

Dillon / Jax: "You're 1 ugly..."
Predator (mimicking): "Motherf***er" :laugh:

As BBBLP said, though, Kotal and his forces surround Cassie's team in that same location. So it's very unlikely Mileena has anything to do with this.

I enjoyed the trailer, this is the best Jax has ever looked, and I liked Jacqui from the get go. So yeah, I approve.

Also, Jax has a Cigar in his mouth when he does his fatality. Odds that he puts the cigar out in the brand new neck hole?
 
either Jax and Jaquie are the most boring characters revealed thus far

or its a badly edited trailer...

i care for sonya and old man cage just as much as i do for jax and jaquie (not much at all)
But the family trailer for the cage family was amazing and exiting and still got me hyped for mkx even though i dont care for the characters.
The briggs family trailer did nothing. not a single thing...
for me anyway

personally i think jax and jaquie are wasted slots, the whole family thing was fine for johnny/sonya/cassie
but this is just too much boring soldier good guy-ness for me.

and im not just hating on these 2 because my favorites arnt in (yet)
if all my favourites were in id have the exact same feelings towards jax and jaquie and still think theyre a waste of space that could of been given to better interesting diverse characters...
for example im not a cyrax or sector player but they would be a far better choice because they have variety in looks and character, where as theres already family soldier types.

I think it'll be a Chubs skin where instead of no arms, he's only missing one hand.

I think NRS should troll us with the Predator / Prey pack:

- Johnny Cage has Van Damme's outfit from the Street Fighter movie;
- Jax has Carl Weather's Uncle Sam outfit from Rocky IV;
- Scorpion has a Chameleon-style palette swap that randomly changes colour.

Can't speak for anyone else, but personally, I have no hate towards Jax or Jacqui. I like Jax, but I'd just rather have other characters in the game over him and his daughter. They just don't appeal to me. But I don't hate them.
