But you hate Mk9 and Batman?
You confuse me.
If you're a real batman fan. This game is giving almost everything you could ask for in a batman game of our age.

TIP FOR CALENDER MAN'S 'STORYTELLER' TROPHY/ACHIEVEMENT
First, you have to go to the courthouse. When you enter the courthouse, go down the stairs before the doors where you enter the main area (where you find Catwoman at the beginning). Calender Man is in a cell down there. Talk to him, look at the calender to your right (this is also a riddle so do your scan of it to solve it), leave the courthouse so it can save.
HERE IS THE TIP!
This trophy/achievement literally takes a year...you need to talk to him on the following days:
Jan. 1, Feb. 14, March 17, April 1, May 8, June 19, July 4, August 16, Sept. 5, Oct 31, Nov. 24., Dec 25.
TO BYPASS WAITING A YEAR:
After it saves when you exit the courthouse, go to your settings (dashboard for 360, main menu for PS3) and simply change the date. You need to sign out of the game on PS3 (not sure about 360, I forget, because mine collects dust). Start the game up again, go talk to Calender Man, exit the courthouse, let it save again, then go back to the dashboard/main menu, change to the next date, rinse and repeat for all 12 days.
Annoying, and time consuming, but better than waiting a year to get the trophy/achievement.
Also, to confirm you did it right, the calender will have 'squiggly lines' through the days you have done and when you talk to him, he will say what day it is (ie. Valentine's Day)

curious question if anyone knows:
if you do new game+ with the animated skins do they get damaged like your regular costume does? just curious. loving Catwomans BATS costume. hands down favorite. I wonder if she'll get more. isn't batman to get more? are those out? i though it was like Batman Beyond. and some others?

lol yes. I have been playing BAC for the past 5 days now and the first person panning, boring fighting mechanics and silly comments the thugs make and that annoying harley quin whatever her name is just kills it for me. I don't know but playing the game made me realize how much of a chump and wussy batman is the way he just knocks out thugs and that's it. Man he needs to start killing them or something.
BTW i never said i hated MK9. I only hate the online play that seems to STILL be broken by all the lag, desynchs, and disconnections.

^You sir wouldn't know a good game if it raped you in a dark alley. Calling the fighting mechanics of this game boring is a contrived and utter ******** remark. Your opinion of this game is probably based solely on the fact that you're terrible at it. And the whole reason Batman is Batman is because his parents were murdered and if he killed he would be no different than the people he fights against. And the thugs comments immerse you in the game because they talk about things important to the world and story or react to what is happening around them. And Harley Quinn is fineas hell period she can afford to be annoying.

I have been playing far too much Batman today as I now see everything in detective mode IRL.
Been working on the riddles and Riddler trophies all day. Just taking a break to eat some dinner and then back to work =)
Some of these Riddler trophies are tricky but it's fun figuring them out. I had an ass of a time getting the riddle to Jim Gordon's parking spot because I couldn't find the goddamn entrance, lol.
Also, horse's ass that you can't go back up the elevator to Wonder Tower. I went back and the top of the shaft is sealed....but a riddle is up there. Fail. Guess I will have to wait for the + game.

it didn't bother me much I had problems for just a tiny bit. But my problem was fixed because I played airplane games back in the day, and I just pretend the batarang was a airplane lol.

Probably, but I never bother to change controls in a game, unless it is a racing game or RE.
Some of the riddles require you to throw it in a vent and do a u-turn into another vent. Thank goodness I was good at it by then because I would have killed myself if I wasn't, lol.

I am pretty sure i know EXACTLY which one you are referring to. omg i hated that one. it was one of the first I tried lol I was so annoyed and frustrated. when i got it i found and building and went inside and back outside like 10 times so it would save just to make sure hahaha

I know the riddle you're talking about. I got it on my way to fight strange but you should still be able to get it. You scale the outside of the tower to get it.. use detective mode and you'll see the dot then a little higher up you'll see the question mark. I jumped off and glided out where the whole question mark would be visible. And I went back up to get the demon seals so you can still get it. It might take you a few tries just be ready to grapple back up to a good spot that way you can try a few times without having to scale the tower over and over. I changed the controls on the batarang to be normal but what's weird is I can't glide with batman good unless its traditional flight controls. But the riddler trophy I had the most fun figuring out was the 6 question marks that are fenced in. You have to explosive gel the bottom 3 then situate yourself on the top row to battarang the other 3. Besides that one in the industrial district the one that has the pressure plates on the sides of the 2 towers and one on top was a ***** to get. The one you have to light up all the arrows was fun. You have to use your sonic shock attack when you land to get it. One of the funnest parts of this game is figuring out the trophy challenges but I wish all of them were tied to a mechanic you had to figure out cuz those are the best ones.

I just downloaded Nightwing...and let me say...he is AWESOME! There is just no denying how cool his moveset and weapons/gadgets are. 
So far, I think he's the strongest fighter in the game. His speed, power, dexterity and resilience make him a real pleasure to play. Plus, he looks damn sexy. Muy bueno. I am disappointed, however...that he has no spoken lines thus far. I hope that gets corrected with more DLC in the form of story episodes like Catwoman. I hope Robin is as good as Nightwing, though somehow I'm not keeping my hopes up that he'll be as fun.
I thought I would like his BTAS skin more, but I'm a little underwhelmed with it vs. his Arkham City getup...which is a huge success in my book. I'm pretty sure that Nightwing's grunts/etc are voiced by Quentin Flynn (Raiden from MGS, Reno in Final Fantasy 7, Johnny Quest in the Real Adventures of Johnny Quest), who is an awesome actor...so it's a real shame that he doesn't have any real lines.

Nightwing looks badass haven't gotten him yet though. Just got sphinx riddle trophy, gold revenge, perfect freeflow 2.0,family jewels and storyteller. Now I've gotta run thru new game + and I'll have that platinum!

Just finished all Riddler challenges today. Pretty good stuff. Probably the best game mechanics in a platform game ever made. Half of the mechanics in the game you don't even need in story mode which is crazy. You'll never know of Batman's true capabilities in till you try actually try the Riddler challenges. Couple of complaints. The bosses and some of the side missions were very underwhelming. I expected alot more from some of the side missions and the bosses were way to easy. Presentation of DC characters where awesome they just should of done more with them.
