Arkham City Skins

I'd rather have these than Gamestop's Red Son outfits...hmmm...I wonder if they will sell Collector's Editions there.
 
I had been waiting to pre-order this but now I have a reason to commit to a retailer.

The red sun pack didn't appeal to me (however Russian Grundy is hilarious) but Arkham city Joker is gonna look awesome all scarred and sickly, plus I like that version of bats better that the one in Injustice.
 
Its so god damn sad that this is the norm now. That we accept this as a respectable practice. Had this game been on last gen, the Red Sons and Arkahm would be unlockable costumes. But now, its just more locked on disc dlc. You can't have it all, not unless you buy two copies of the game. Or just wait for the things we locked, you can pay for them later.



Also seems like they're going the BULLSHIT MK9 route with the costumes, where some more popular characters have more alts than others.





I hate the video game industry.

I see what your saying but at the same time, it gives people more incentive to buy the game new over pre owned. Skins I understand cause they don't effect game play, but I hate when pre ordering at different stores offers more gameplay content cause then you really do miss out.

Yeah, it's definitely a shame. But, wuddyagunnadoboutit? They have us by the balls... :( I've spent many a times ranting about it on my gaming podcast and on forums, but it seems to be that every game has to have it. Lame.
 
I bought 4 copies of MK 9 and only returned 1 (for store credit:puke:) 1 Tournament Edition, 2 Kollector's Editions, and 1 standard copy.

Pre-order bonuses suck but if that's the way the developers wanna play it then I guess that's the way we have to deal with it.

Now I just wait until all the pre-order incentive have been announced and I just get the one that sounds best to me like this pack of Arkham City skins and I'll probably never buy the red sun pack and just wait for DLC characters.
 
This is BS. Im so sick of this "PRE ORDER FROM (insert store) GET HIS CONTENT" Crap. And no Harley Quinn? Are you serious with this NR?

My only hope is that they will do a seasons pass and you will get all this content anyways.

Well at least I know im getting a free Green Arrow skin for the Battle Arena match up
 
I wonder if they are going to have extra missions like the Red Sons pack is.
This is going to be a buy for me anyways, love me some Arkham City.

Is it just me or do these "skins" look a bit off?

Croc, Penguin, Riddler, and Two face looked like they were ripped straight from AC these look like secondlife avatars or something crapped out of PSHome...

Should of waited to see the skins before pre-ordering. FML.
