Leaked Predator info

They might not be trained martial artists like the rest of the MK cast, but they still can handle themselves in a fight. So it’s not that odd to see them fighting others.

 
Why does it even matter what they were before? How they are in the game should be the only concern.

True, but yet again, this has turned into another debate. :roll:
I'm just stating personal opinion as why it seems odd, to me.
If you agree with it? Fine.
If you don't agree with it? Fine.
I've already stated my personal valid reasons for why I don't agree with horror guests in MK, and I'm done.
 
I agree with Commander. It doesn't make any sense (to me) why Jason and Freddy are in MK because they have no fighting experience at all, they're just serial killers. But Predator is a warrior and Kratos is a spartan, so it would make sense for them to be in MK.

Vader, Yoda and Link made more sense in Soul Calibur than Freddy or Jason do in MK, since all 3 fight with weapons, which is what Soul Calibur is about.
I've long accepted guests in MK, whether there'll continue to be more horror guests in future games is yet to be seen.
Freddy and Jason are the 2 biggest icons.

Michael Meyers definitely will be in, unfortunately. I didn't like Jason being in, nor Freddy, so I see where you're coming from. I would, however, like to see the Creeper be a guest because of all the combat scenes and weapons he had in the Jeepers Creepers films.
 
Their attributes are what make them warriors.

Torr and Jason are fighters for the exact same reasons. Their durability and strength. There is no "skill" to how Torr attacks, he just wildly swings his massive arms around. He's only able to do this because of his strength. The same goes for Jason.

Shinnok and Freddy are fighters for the same reasons. Their trickery and illusions.

You don't need to know a martial art to be a fighter. Both Freddy and Jason have thrown punches before in their respective series. And the way they fight in Mortal Kombat makes sense in relation to the characters themselves. Freddy slices, Jason brutalizes.
 
All i know is that i can't wait for Predator and Tremor to be released cause i want to know if we're getting more DLC characters (and who!) haha.
 
I can't await Tremor. I'm waiting for him since I subscribed this petition...
