So Mileena dies? Wow, expect the world to go up in flames from the Mileena fans around the world.
Baraka dies? Eh, he's mostly loved among casuals. I love baraka too, but I'm okay with his death.
Damn it. I was really hoping Raiden would stay not evil.
 
Also, I'm going to assume that means D'Vorah is gonna be around for a while. They don't give her a "kill two major recurring characters" role without some serious backing from the Devs.
 
We know the 4 kids, JC, Sonya, D'Vorah survives. Kitana, Liu Kang and Raiden are in for the next game as well.

If I had to guess I'd say Jax and Kenshi are dead.

I think Quan Chi is dead too.

Wouldn't surprise me if Reptile or Ferra/Torr or both dies either.

I think this will be the last game we'll see Kung Lao and rest of the revenants.

Kenshi and Jax are dead? We get any new info on that? I didn't hear about it yet.

Im not exactly sure if Baraka is killed because I havent heard it from as much people as the other characters but it wouldnt be a stretch of he was.

So, cassie or "Super Cassie" defeats monster Shinnok... don't really know what to say to that, but Im not as surprised by it as some others.
Since MK4, I really don't take Shinnok seriously as a 'PHYSICAL threat' like Shao Kahn was.
I think his REAL power lies with his VAST magics, and that makes him a SERIOUS threat. His monster form I guess is suppose to make up for his unimposing normal form.

Surprise returning character as Big Boss my ass boon... It was Shinnok ALL ALONG. Making me think Kang or Reiko was the BB... *smh*

And on the subject, Demon 'LiuTana' as rulers of Netherrealm... *smh* On the one hand, im glad they are still together...but like THAT??


NOW I get what Boon was saying on his twitter replies to people asking about 'Liu and Kitana. Boon kept emphasizing Dead, even possible dead babies? I guess those were hints instead of just plain trolling. wow... -_-
 
Unless someone has something new for me, we have nothing concrete regarding Jax and Kenshi.

And Quan Chi has an aligned Sub-Zero and Scorpion going against him and isn't viewed as the next in line for rule of the Netherealm. That's not 100% proof, but it's.... Really not looking good for Quan Chi.

speaking of liutana didn;t liu kang 4 ending was going be wan ted kitana to have liu kang rule side by in ediena but liu stayed home but this time kitana rule netherealm with liu so they mk 4 ending did actually happen in a different place though

If Quan Chi is dead and Shinnok is a head, then who will become the MK11 villain? Liu/Kitana, Dark Raiden, Onaga or a completely new villain?

Would be nice to get a new villian for once. But that doesn't seem like much of a cliffhanger ending to me.
I can see raiden going too far and him becoming the person to kill though, and Fujin being the new protector of earthrealm.
Speaking of Fujin, where'd he even go?

Dark Raiden seems like a decent bet. I don't like the idea of Kitana/Liu Kang Deadly Alliance, I think they will kinda go "Uh, your fighter just destroyed an Elder God, and are aligned (Sorta) with Outworld? Naa, you keep it"

Onaga could be a potential threat, but I actually kinda like some aspects here. Onaga being reborn was reliant on Blaze remembering his role, An acceptable body to be around to take over, and other things as well. We haven't seen that happen yet here. It's possible Onaga could just be left stewing for a bit.

My big question though is how did they free Jax and nobody else? That feels like a major story insight we don't have yet.

part of me think it dark raiden and i think we might see a avengers like civil war with raiden vs fujin with heroes and villens picking side while the onaga plot going on
