These "leaks" could build up more hype from March leading into April, and it would provide more characters for Tyler and Derek to show off in the up-coming streams.
I don't think that anyone at NRS is getting fired.
This seems pretty intentional, to me.

Makes sense considering nothing story-related was leaked.These leaks are quite common in every kind of industry, I remember a few times it happened with some other games aswell.
Also makes sense that he didn't leak the "surprise returning character" that's gonna be the big bad or any other detail.
